Amazing video
That crank appears to be out of a small engine and I believe it could not possible had that mush power to snap it. We are talking hundreds of pounds of torque. Thoughts?

Just pitted or welded the lathe headstock bearings. Must put the welding earth on the part, not the other side of a bearing. The current will flow through the bearing any destroy it.
Nice job..Try to find any machine shop here in the States to do that type of work.Good luck as they will LOL and tell me to just buy a new crankshaft after they say its not worth doing the job..
