Also who knows if nadal and djokovic are even the most mentally strong there could be some player who is rank 438 who is but just doesn’t have the skills to show it.

Does it even matter much? I'm Serb and I was fan of Agassi and so happy for finaly win his first Slam in '92 Wimbledon final Vs Ivanišević, and the first baseline player to accomplish this! Never fan of Sampras,ok for Courier and gosh what a great group of players back then! My second best match I watched is AO late 90s I have to check it; Andy Rodick Vs El Aynauyi, 5 setter drama and HIGH quality of tennis. 5th set was 21-19 , QF if I'm correct. Sorry about the loss of Aynauyi! Awesome tennis 🎾 Novak will undoubtedly (considered if no major injury) break the Jimmy Connors record of 109 , he needs 17 titles to tie. I think Novak can win max 6-7 titles this year and it's not too bad! Still a few years in front of him 4 at least, good enough! I respect your thoughts on the subject, and of Ryo Shusuke! Grateful for it! Let's hope for as much as possible good year results from Novak! 🙋🏻♂️

I am a Djokovic fan for years now, but how come i have never came across his match-up with Ferrer in AO 2013 SF? that one was literally a practice session of the G.O.A.T 😮 I am surprised, cuz Ferrer was at his peak during that period, making AO SF and RG Final.

Can we take this as a proof that (AO 17', 18') and 22' was a gift from Nole to Roger and Rafa respectively. I reckon, especially RF would have 0% chance of wining both AOs, if Nole wasn't injured or wasn't absent from the tour. AO 19' shows that RN has below par footwork in hard courts, it is really perplexing to think he won the AO 22. RN looked like a non pro tennis student in that match, being schooled by the master.

The other ocassion when Federer was humiliated in my opinion was the 2008 Rolland Garros final, that was probably the best ive seen play Rafa at Rolland Garros, a mean prime Rafa with 21 years, every match till the final was total destruction of every opponent including Federer. The score was 6-1 6-3 6-0. He only won 4 games. In his own words, he couldnt do anything.

@@ignaciolance4629 Yeah I remember that match, theres a slight difference though. I think in that case Roger entered the court already defeated, I mean he never was in the match and appeared totally absent, it was completey useless to try something. In the AO clash with Djokovic, instead, he tried to get ahead with his game but was completeley stonewalled by the sheer efficiency of the Serb. But both matches serve as a reminder of Rogers biggest weakness: his mind. Take Wawrinka for instance, Stan took his three Majors from Nole and Rafa, always pointing to his head when winning. It's as if he wanted to remind Roger that he was his own enemy in the end.

@@mateosimon4237 yes definitely rogers worst enemy always was himself. I think he is/was the most naturally gifted of the 3, and with a stronger mentality he could have dominated Rafa and Novak. The better proof of this, is his latest encounters with Rafa in which he defeated him in all of them, proving that the problem he had with Rafa was all mental, not tennis, he always had everything to win and dominate Nadal from the tennis/tecnical point of view. And with Novak i think more of the same. Obviously the age gap also didnt help him, because he riched his prime much earlier than Rafa and Novak. I think the Roger of 2017, with that mentallity and 10 years less could have win literally everything, same as Nole now.

On hard courts many players are a much bigger threat to Novak than Nadal. Even Monfils, who lost all 18 matches against Novak, challenges him more than Nadal!

I feel like the selection of matches could have been better: 2011 and 2015 US Open finals, 2016 AO final (is that the one which was 3 sets?), 2021 AO final, all against top 5 players. But AO 2016 semifinal and AO 2019 final for sure; the only two times I have ever lost that badly were when I was injured. And no, I wasn't faking an injury like Rafa.

Djokovic’s sets against Federer were more impressive than his sets against Nadal (simply because Federer is much better on hard courts than Rafa, and he completely erased him, that same Federer won the Australian Open in 2017, Indian Wells and Miami, all he needed to start racking up tournaments was not having to face Novak).

Can we take this as a proof that (AO 17', 18') and 22' was a gift from Nole to Roger and Rafa respectively. I reckon, especially RF would have 0% chance of wining both AOs, if Nole wasn't injured or wasn't absent from the tour. AO 19' shows that RN has below par footwork in hard courts, it is really perplexing to think he won the AO 22. RN looked like a non pro tennis student in that match, being schooled by the master.

I feel sorry for Roger because this is probably the one and only time he was completely humiliated on court. The way Novak obliterates one the greatest Legends and a 20 time major champion is literally UNPRECEDENTED & INSANE
It’s hard not to be a fan of Federer as he handles himself with such grace…but yes, those two sets exemplified how little he was a factor against Novak.
The other ocassion when Federer was humiliated in my opinion was the 2008 Rolland Garros final, that was probably the best ive seen play Rafa at Rolland Garros, a mean prime Rafa with 21 years, every match till the final was total destruction of every opponent including Federer. The score was 6-1 6-3 6-0. He only won 4 games. In his own words, he couldnt do anything.

I think in that case Roger entered the court already defeated, I mean he never was in the match and appeared totally absent, it was completey useless to try something. In the AO clash with Djokovic, instead, he tried to get ahead with his game but was completeley stonewalled by the sheer efficiency of the Serb. But both matches serve as a reminder of Rogers biggest weakness: his mind. Take Wawrinka for instance, Stan took his three Majors from Nole and Rafa, always pointing to his head when winning. It's as if he wanted to remind Roger that he was his own enemy in the end.
@@mateosimon4237 yes definitely rogers worst enemy always was himself. I think he is/was the most naturally gifted of the 3, and with a stronger mentality he could have dominated Rafa and Novak. The better proof of this, is his latest encounters with Rafa in which he defeated him in all of them, proving that the problem he had with Rafa was all mental, not tennis, he always had everything to win and dominate Nadal from the tennis/tecnical point of view. And with Novak i think more of the same. Obviously the age gap also didnt help him, because he riched his prime much earlier than Rafa and Novak. I think the Roger of 2017, with that mentallity and 10 years less could have win literally everything, same as Nole now.

I feel like the selection of matches could have been better: 2011 and 2015 US Open finals, 2016 AO final (is that the one which was 3 sets?), 2021 AO final, all against top 5 players. But AO 2016 semifinal and AO 2019 final for sure; the only two times I have ever lost that badly were when I was injured. And no, I wasn't faking an injury like Rafa.
