  • Not just nutrient dense but most important BIOAVAILABLE!! Meaning the body can use it. All vegetable sources of protein, vitamins and minerals are less than 50% bioavailable (available to be used by the body) and that’s being very gracious. Ruminant meat and eggs is the breakfast of champions …especially for those fat adapted and eating fat for fuel instead of sugar/carbs for fuel in all of its forms. The question is do you have the patience to get though the adaptions phase. Culture has hijacked the most beneficial way of eating for us. It’s not an accident. You guys are phenomenal athletes. Thank you for sharing the adventures!! 🙏🏽

  • I'm 100% convinced Nate is a real Super Hero! So incredible how you can show up to a new spot that you've never surfed in your life with all the rocky coastlines and cliffs and currents etc. And be on BORROWED equipment and go out there in maxing life threatening conditions and figure the boards out on the spot! Your Supreme Nutball!! So much respect to you and the hard-core Zoard dynamic duo!!! I bet zoard is tripping on you about to get into some hairy situations on the regular.

  • This is by far the best surf content out there! This wave looks so heavy! The boys charged this nasty looking slab for the first time without hesitations on borrowed, potato chip looking boards. This has to be up there for best vid of the slab tour since the wave of a lifetime vid back in May.

  • From a surfer with over 40 years water time... I've never seen anyone make the subtle adjustments in the barrel you're making mate. The high lines you find out of some caves are incredible. Stoked 🍻

  • Great stuff. I learn a lot seeing how you guys adjust to conditions. From the paddle out, getting caught inside and just walking reefs to get back. When I got to Hawaii last year, I did not know much about navigating reefs, I learned a lot quickly and used what I saw you guys do! Stay safe.
