  • Nate, one of your best qualities is your humility. Theres not many young guys at the level you are that would admit to freaking out before this AND actually show it. Its the old thing where the most dangerous people are the ones who are quiet and dont talk up how badass they are. Nate you are a badass and you made an amazing life for yourself. Keep on pumping out the awesome content when you can, but please stay safe and try to keep putting out content for a long time. I dont want you to get hurt and mess up this awesome thing you show us. But hell even a broken back seemed to barely slow you down so what do i know.

  • Another classic posting Nathan, I can't thank you enough. WOW !! Not only did you get to tow in to one of the gnarleyist, heaviest waves on the planet, but you had, imo, the best charger there driving your jetski. Kipp Caddy is an absolute beast. Paddle or Tow-in, he tackles those slabs with grace. He can get you to the best takeoff spots on the best waves out there. I'd be afraid that he doesn't realize I'm not on his level out there. But after all, you are 'surfer of the year.' And then you've got Somma & her dad out there. He's the guy who walked into the hospital in Sydney a day after he punctured a lung & broke three ribs. His idea of being careful is on a completely different planet. That's an incredibly skilled crew you were surfing with. I'm glad you didn't edit things out. If this is the first of Nathan's videos you ever watched, SUBSCRIBE IMMEDIATELY !! If you're an actual surfer, or internet surfer, you will not be disappointed with any of his videos !!!
