He has the skill and is young, so he could very realistically become champ once he learns to strike. He spends a massive amount of energy fighting the way he does in the first round tho and if he doesn't mix striking in with that, and honestly switch to tiger mui tai and do some more conditioning he'll get used or stopped by basically the entire top 10 besides maybe rosinstruik.

Looks like in his last fight cardio issues affected him just like many others on the Salt Lake City card. Hope he improves his cardio issues his grappling technique is extremely high level especially at heavyweight
I think he’s lost weight as he’s progressed in the ufc, looks like his gut is much smaller. Still a beast but he could use some more cardio

The Salt Lake City card was at high altitude which definitely played a role. Many other fighters gassed on that card
