    • It's not really that hard just needs time to let the dough proof. Wonder why they put eggs in. Real croissant dough is without eggs.

    • Usually there are no eggs when making a croissant, it's just a little extra he added for flavour :P When you make the italian cornetto yes, there are eggs.
