A close look at [Boulangerie ANCIENNE], which will sadly close down on September 30, 2023. ``We want to offer something you've never experienced before,'' said Togashi, the store manager, and his team work together to create a new type of bread that you can't imagine the taste of, and enjoy the craftsmanship of our artisans.

  • A very meditative video, there is something very satisfying watching professionals of this quality doing their office, like "this is how the magic happens !" ❤ As a French guy, i would yappily go to this boulangerie, just to check if the content is as good as the façade, too bad it had to close doors 😥 A thing, maybe the biggest thing connecting Japan to France and the other way around, is food : we value highly what we eat, and go to great lenghts to make sure we have the most bang for our buck, and for a French, bread, so the boulangerie, is the foundation of everything, nothing you can do without a solid foundation, ask the designers of Pise's tower 😅😂🤣 Very nice video, great pros, not a single unnecessary word while working, everyone knowing "the plan" and doing his part for the show to go on, a (scandalously exhausting, i guess 😅) splendid work on photo and montage 👍❤🖖

  • That's such a shame they are closing. Need to make the price a little higher & stay open or open somewhere else. Such a shame this kind of bakery in the Uk would do Extremely well & win alsorts of awards. Such a shame all that hard work & talent, yet they have to close.

  • To everyone i heard the reason why I think it close dowj is due to the head office decision due to costs and inflation as it has several sister locations, not as good as this one but similar enough. If anyone knows more about the reason let us know. Ancienne forever
