    • @@moodist1er im a baker. We really are operators. There is little to no skill involved in what this video shows. They work 2 to 3 x slower than the industry standard, using a ruler shows lack of experience and their production output is absurdly low. to pay for this workers wage at the pace he works, those things must sell for at least $10 each.

But the ones from Korea are always far and above so full of clean practices, organized, satisfying to watch, with different techniques and immaculate kitchens, and in the end always have the most beautiful end results. Which is truly a testament to the talent these individuals possess.

    • 홈베이킹으로는 100퍼센트의 퀄리티를 내긴 어려우실겁니다. 가정용 냉동고는 반죽을 충분히 냉각시키기 어렵고 파이롤러로 빠른시간에 폴딩해줘야 냉이 덜풀려서 제품이 고른 두께가 나오거든요.

    • using a ruler to cut a fking roll is absolutely not efficient. An average baker with 2-3 years of experience can cut these within 3-5 mm of accuracy just by feel.
