This was a weird scenario. These guys clearly just find the situation awkward and don't really want to make a scene out of anything. Much better built for Paddy/Molly, or even a Paul Craig type, where they're more talkative and willing to converse.
Super weird imo. Really was no point for this since they dont have beef or dont know eachother. This is basically just a regular interview next to a guy your trying to "kill" in a few days.

Rooting for Dan but it's hard when he's fighting a class chap like Arnold, he's a humble great dude
At 19:05 where Arnold fumbles his words and refers to a 'tickle in his balls', Adam looked at Dan for a reaction. In the moment, Dan chose not to take advantage of an opportunity to embarrass Arnold. An opportunity most, less mature men would have jumped on. I think that says a lot about Dan's maturity and how much he probably respects/likes Arnold - who is a very young, endearing man.

That was so refreshing to see. I love Dan's point about the UFC needing to evolve beyond the WWE'ness to reach an even wider audience. I've always liked personalities and human beings like GSP over Covington.
Nah man it's the trash talk that brought the sport to wear it is everyone likes the fights more when there hatred Conor khabib and Covington Usman there all bigger and more talked about than the respective quite guys
Trash talk is what puts the casuals into seats and draws a bigger audience to the sport. So it’s good in a way but yeah I always love the fighters who are respectful to each other

What dan says about it being win win for the ufc. That’s usually the case with the ufc. Also 1 thing the ufc has been really good at is building a brand for fighters even if they lose a fight.

Painful interview to watch, two of the nicest guys who don't need to create a fake feud to get people interested. Arnold appears to suffer from the same issue that Islam did - none of the top guys wanted to touch him for fear of losing their spot. And Dan comes along with a 'name' and a take on anyone attitude. Like Dan said, either way the winner is going to reap the rewards... Best of luck gentlemen.
