Been living on tesco meals deals for about a year (2 a day) with no side affects. Always go with either a Chicken Triple or Chicken Club sandwich as a main. Fridge raiders (chicken bites) and the chocolate flavoured recovery shake.

Would be great if you could confirm some weight cutting myths for me when you weigh in at 145lbs Fri, how much do you actually weigh inside the octagon on Sat?
