Dustin Poirier reflects on Dan Hooker fight, future plans | ESPN MMA

2024 ж. 26 Сәу.
422 865 Рет қаралды

Dustin Poirier speaks with ESPN MMA’s Ariel Helwani about how he’s feeling after his 5-round battle vs. Dan Hooker at #UFCVegas4. “The Diamond” says he loved fighting in an empty arena and would be fine doing that the rest of his career. Poirier also (15:27) reacts to the comments Khabib Nurmagomedov made after the fight and how after his 2014 loss to Conor McGregor he changed his perspective, which made him happy and stronger overall.

      @SubjectiveFunny@SubjectiveFunny3 жыл бұрын
    • All main event fighter's should be getting a million minimum! A class act , a true warrior, a top lightweight, and a genuine guy, deserves a heck of a lot more .. With companies like Reebok and ESPN funding the UFC, this million is a small percentage of total revenue. 18% is fighter pay. That includes USADA costs.. so basically fighter pay is a joke ..

    • KennethPlays everyone in the ufc should be making atleast 40k & 40k. Bottom card prelims. If there was a fighters union, that would be happening as a minimum payment. You should be able to fight 3 times a year as a ufc fighter and make atleast 100k after taxes, training camp payments, coaching payments, etc etc.
