Who better to learn the basics of boxing than Floyd "The Best Ever" Mayweather? In this video, Professional Boxer and FightCamp investor Floyd Mayweather demonstrates how to box using the hook and jab.
In the FightCamp App, you can learn the fundamentals of boxing through a series of tutorials called the Prospect Path. This path is your entry point into the boxing world. You will be guided step-by-step through the same lessons and boxing drills as someone just starting at a top boxing gym. You will learn how to stand correctly and throw the six punches to the head and the body, and you'll get comfortable putting all of these punches together into combinations.

  • I've worked out on traditional heavy bags kzhead.infoUgkxp9-sf95nqfjey-uyzxUzQ7m9MXRPK1BE a spherical stuffed "wrecking ball" bag, and now this thing. What I like about it is that it has the heft to stay largely in place so I'm not chasing it around. It's tall enough to allow for headshots and body shots, but it's short enough to give an uppercut somewhere to land. I'm very happy so far. Filling it was a bit of a cluster. For top-offs, I've learned that you can screw the supplied nozzle onto any basic plastic water bottle. I can't speak to durability as I've only had it a week.

    • @@TyFhoonBoom not really.. he said the most important thing first, which is your stance needing to be prioritized before throwing a punch.. most ppl/beginners don't know that's most important initially... in fact, he's so serious about that being key, that, after the Pacquiao fight, he said as soon as the bell rung he got in the front of Pacquiao he knew he had him beat based off of Pacquiao stance alone.. he went on to confess that he does the same with every boxer he faces.. and look, he came out victorious every fight.. So its clear that having your stance proper is imperative.. there is some gems in this short clip that are more difficult and of higher value than Newton teach 1+1=2
