  • I love Pia's commentary! She has such a balanced view of the game and sees so many interesting things others don't, such as looking for the logic of bad moves rather than just dismissing them as dumb without even considering it... I always love hearing fresh and original perspectives from strong players. I've been playing the najdorf for 8 years and that little bit in game 2 about whether to put the queen on e2 or d2 just clicked something in my head i never really understood. Has she ever considered doing commentary with chess24 or something? I would dearly love to see her commentate with Peter Svidler and Jan Gustafsson and stuff. Please pass on my respects to you parents if you get a chance or feel like it :)
