But Daniil had to dig deep and he somehow found a way even though it wasn’t pretty at times. But he got done! The serve and the double faults though were not his best friend, so hopefully he’ll cut down on that for his next match against Stef. As for Felix, wow! Did not expect him to play this good. • Jeffrey. I agree that Med is young, but I think that a reasonably tough 4 setter followed by a nearly 5 hr five setter will put him at a significant disadvantage. The game is exponentially more physical now. I favored med to handily beat Tsitsipas as I said but after the quarterfinal outcomes and due to the very high level Tsitsipas showed, unless Med comes out blasting and wins in straight sets, to me he’s at a huge disadvantage if this becomes a physical 4 or 5 set match. Tsitsipas is crushing his forehand and moving so well. I’m going with Tsitsipas in 4. If Med wins, that would truly put him in an elite category in terms of his fitness. Let’s hope it goes 5!
