On this episode I'm making a third coffee table with melted Crayon inlay and epoxy over top for protection. I think this is the best version of a crayon table that I've made so far. Probably due to the fact that I've gotten better and more comfortable working with epoxy. Even though this is a fun, goofy project, there is still a lot of woodworking technique involved. Take away the crayon and this would just be a sort of Mid Century Modern inspired coffee table. Techniques include gluing up a wood top, working with complex angles, and more.

  • Love the table, and I have to add. . . that was the absolute smoothest, most natural transition into a sponsored ad I've ever seen. You deserve an award for that alone.

  • I'm a filmmaker, and I have to say how beautifully edited and carefully crafted your videos are. The furniture is beautiful, as always, but I'm here for the videos themselves. You really have a great eye for timing, understand what content viewers need to see vs. what to explain more carefully. The animations are perfection, and I love that there's always a bit of humor tucked in. Altogether, this is something we don't normally see on KZhead, and raises the bar for all content creators. Thank you!

I can't remember exactly when the KZhead algorithm figured out I'd like your videos, but it did, and it was right. Nevertheless, I'm inspired by you to try my hand at making furniture. I have no idea how good, if at all, it'll turn out, but I figure why not. Seems like you and everyone else doing it is having a good time. Thanks for answering my annoying questions on IG, I'm sure I'll have more in the future. Merry Christmas to you and your family, and all the best in the New Year. Eric

You have exactly the right amount of humor to keep it entertaining without venturing into comedy terrain. The Animation explaining the design was fantastic and the way you mention the tools you are using without interrupting the flow of the video or seeming like it's some kind of as was sooo smooth.
