  • Lately I've begun to love this game because of it's similarity to MMA. This is more than a game and is almost a real fight. Never liked Olympics style Karate. This is much more vicious and cooler. Btw, I am a bit curious about the rules. How much is it different from MMA in terms of kicks, knees, elbows, downed opponents, judo/bjj styles etc.? Anywhere I could read a 'manual' perhaps??? :)

    • This is old school karate. We're talking 1920s. Allowed to punch the face stuff. It's essentially full contact. Some throws are allowed but grappling is limited. Fast so they focus on the striking. Too many dumbasses out there judge this cause it's not Muay Thai or boxing. But this is Karate. This is just a way for Karatekas to enjoy the old traditions and progress the tournament side of things

    • Difference to MMA is no submissions, no hammerfists on the ground , no single or double leg takedowns ( has to be a sweep or a trip ) no knees or elbows and (weirdly) no kicking the area above the knee up to the waistline
