Nope, because existing members have a warning and time to cancel beforehand. It could suddenly change to $100/mo if they want to, as long as the people being charged automatically gets a fair warning and time to cancel before their accounts get charged.

@@man_on_wheelzat minimum you need to send at least an email to notify the change. According to DCA that has not been done, the price has merely been upped and rockstar did not communicate the change in its plan, so it doesn’t meet legal requirement at this point.
I'm a old skool gamer, and I'm telling you all to STOP and to never subscribe to gta+ because it's a greedy rip off plus they will soon make you rent games digitally instead of paying $70 and owning the physical copy of games. Imagine paying hundreds of dollars a year just to play gta 6. Anybody buying gta+ are fools including KZheadrs.

And in a year you’ve paid over $70 for three old games that could be bought for around $30 before. Hell, you could even get a used PS3 for like $100 and buy loads of games for $5-10 each giving you way more content that you get to keep AND can sell if you want money back.

These monthly subscriptions are killing online gaming. $100 per year for GTA plus another $200 per year for Xbox Live. Or you can buy games like Valhalla for $15 & play them for the next 10 years & only pay $15, not $3,015.

At one point months ago, I was considering GTA+ for the new garage since free garage space is starting to get tight, but this just cements my choice now to never bother. Between removing cars and jacking up subscriptions, it's painting a clear picture of what R* has become.
I have an office garage full of cars from the street. I'll either sell them, replace them, or keep them. I've even sold cars that I didn't want anymore. I'm all out of garage space, but I'm not going to sell most of my cars because I do like them. I still haven't bought the 2 Arena Workshop garages yet.

So Rockstar is increasing the cost of a monthly subscription, regardless of how much.. or planning to, without informing the players. If anyone is a lawyer and is interested in stuff like this, isn't this a breach of contract? Can Rockstar be sued? I feel like this is a breach of contract, like your paying rent for an apartment signing a lease but then the landlord decides "Yah you're short on change, its an extra 40 dollars now because I feel like it" and if you can not pay up, the landlord will have the right to attempt to evict you.
I feel like they should give a million a month. Give us a choice between 5 cars. Give us a business or 50% discounts on a business and add ons including garages.

Playing games is beginning to be a car payment you literally pay your wifi bill on top of yearly subscription for the gaming system to be online , then you pay $80+ for the game on top of the monthly subscription in game and to pay more for limited content and pay more because the pay outs scks. As long as this doesn't get forcefully implemented in GTA VI, I'm good. It would be one of the biggest upsets in videogame history, and I don't know if they can afford it it terms of credibility. It's not just about making a great game. It's pointless if I don't want to be forced into paying constantly to just have access.
