I’m expecting the claim car option to be a once a month thing - like a comparable for the free vehicle for gta+ members (that is once a month). This gives an obtainably cheap option to players who don’t have gta+ if they’re willing to do a little amount of work for it. Just a guess…
Nah if you log into your Rockstar social club account you could have claimed a car for free today if you claimed that last week
@@Playthough101 that’s a social club promo which is completely different. There’s been no indication that the drafter was anything other than a one off stand alone event (which they do occasionally for social club, it’s just normally an item of clothing).

Sad how Rockstar greed/ineptitude has ground a fun and unique feature into uselessness. Like you said some people from the playerbase are going to try to use this exploit. It's like the casino wheel glitch but I respect them lol 😂

i’m really thinking rockstar might have just done a silly and they’re gonna fix it soon. i don’t really understand why they wouldn’t make it once a week considering how many other ways there are to get a free car each event week. i saw on reddit somebody said that they’re thinking it’s because the obey 8f drafter is free from legendary this week and that’s why none of them are claimable, but i guess we shall see with time what they decide to do!

Mine was broken for the comet last week. I did the mctony, got the car, went to claim it, and then the screen went black and the car disappeared. So I couldn’t claim it or sell it. So that’s great R*
How come if I want to buy a Vagner it’s over a millions dollars, but when I sell it to Yusuf, it’s only 400K? That Cheapskate can pay me for the car and the prep time it takes to get it. 400k is a frikkin rip off for a car like that.

Like come on, SUCH a noticeable car can't be and shouldn't be traced with a million+ money transaction if YOU don't want to be traced down as a main suspect that deserves to die or something like that (most gangs just kill such thieves, but anyway)
I get that R* is greedy, but that honestly makes a lot of sense. Stolen goods sell for way less than the same item brand new in real life, so why should GTA be different. Why would anyone pay full price for a stolen Rolex, considering the risk of buying stolen goods, when they could pop to the shop and buy a brand new one?

@@fuzzydice5234 Unfortunately no, not after watching this video. It wasn’t supposed to be claimable, and Rockstar fixed it before everyone was able to do so. Kudos to the lucky few who managed to get it tho…

There should be a claim able car at least once a to keep people wanting to play gta. I know that I'm unhappy with what Rockstar is doing and the entire fan base is angry with Rockstar because of what they did this week and alot of people may end up leaving gta online because of this.

Ngl they had told us about them but i feel as if they needed to do it as 1 time a week u get the car and if u saved cars prior u can only buy 1 of them a month
Couldn't you login just before the tunables, then switch sessions after it has been updated? Because the tunables now doesn't rly have a concrete time on when it'll be updated, only some time within the hour of 2-3 am PDT, & the 2 minute time window you suggested is too short to catch it given the variability. Ingame discounts carry over that way & I can assume the same for the claimable vehicle feature.
My comet SR that I bought from the LS car meet last week disappeared from my garage

That is such BS. Why isn't Rockstar not doing any claim vehicles for the Salvage Yard? I thought this was a feature that was dripfeeded.
What sucks about claiming vehicle/s from the scrap yard robbery is that the numberplate doesn't even stay when you change sessions, say you have the Las Venturas plate, you'd get one of the generic ones that you can put on from LSC instead

You already KNOW they're gonna patch that immediately. That said, The salvage yard missions are not worth it anymore in my opinion if they're just gonna put out a buyable car once a month.

I was switching sessions and restarting my game and as soon as it went live the cars changed but there was no house icon for me at all even when the different cars dropped
This is non related to the video, but I had recently got a ruston from yusif's dealership and as usual I go on YT to watch your customization for vehicles and I noticed that there's only the one you made 7 years ago so I was wondering if you could do that for the next customization video cause I could have sworn you did do this vehicle from the OG series of you recustomizing there older vehicles you did from the past but it was the other hijak car not the ruston, incase you don't have it you should probably get it quick before it's gone for how ever long

I'd guess they haven't put the claimable car in the salvage yard robberies this week because we can get the free Obey 8F. I've played this game long enough to know R* will probably make claim a salvage yard vehicle a once in s metaphorical blue moon thing just to say they've done it.

I have a problem I can’t get past the the sub one I get off the boat with the car but the cops I can’t lose . I want to abandon the mission to go back to the cheaper car . Is there a way out of this ?

Mine has a bug , i had like 4 cars in tha salvage yard from last week heist , and i kinda want to test if you can start a 5th car heist , so i tested on the vagner first it works , but suddenly when i try to enter the garage , the car is gone , and the computer that you used to start the heist , it said in progress? I cannot restart it , i tried called jamal to cancel but it said no robbery vehicle Is there anyway to restore it? Thankss
I did all my salvage yard Heist and that one was the first one I did and that icon that shows up to say that you can claim it never showed up on my screen not that I care for that car but it never showed up

Ever since this newest update (The Cluckin' Bell Raid) I have been getting this glitch or bug where ammo from a weapon that I make sure is full before I log out since I use that weapon a lot. Every time I log out and log back in or hop servers it goes back to only having 280 rounds. It supposed to have the max amount (9999 including the ammo in the magazine) Went to Rockstar Support with this and they basically told me to do some work around (that didn't even work) I play on PC BTW and then they said to check the integrity of my files after they gave me another "work around" saying it was my fault or something. It costs my character money every time I log into a server to have ammo. (I also hate the fact that we do all this work in the game to steal these cars and in the cutscene they say "keep them for yourself" and so far we only get to keep one? and not to mention that you need to buy it for 20k after you steal it. Isn't the game called Grand Theft Auto? so stealing the cars is part of the game but you still gotta buy them to keep them.)
I had the same issue, my regular assault rifle ammo kept decreasing to 280. Turns out, the new Battle Rifle is bugged. As soon as I put it back into my loadout and restocked on ammo, the glitch got fixed.
@@Leo-ym5xn thank you. I told Rockstar Suppoert since they weren't a big help. I also have another glitch to were I can't hide a certain melee weapon and RS said it would be taken away when the Holiday Season was over. Still got it and I can't hide the weapon in my loadout. Still haven't figured that one out either.
I completed the robbery with the vagner about 20min ago and logically i couldnt claim it but i still dont understand this whole situation. I want the vagner as my personal vehicle and ill let it sit in my salvage yard so does that mean that in a month or so i will be able to claim it?
Probably not gonna happen as they already implemented it to not work with any of cars from previous months

I was gonna keep gta v and each week play and claim a vehicle something that make me come to the game again but now nothing is keeping me from deleting it i did everything aleady im not a millionaire but i dont wanna be anyway thats not my enjoyment so i guess ill keep it for one more week and see if next update they give us something good or else im leaving for good haha

Rockstar showed on their webpage that any of the 3 new cars this week wasn’t even claimable. If this is true, then this was Rockstar’s fault.

Is anyone having trouble with the Plate Creator? My plates keep getting deleted and new order won't process. I'm still on the ticket with Rockstar.
Not for me i just want them to add plate creator for storymode. Delete in progress plates load into online take make the car you want it on your personal then go to car meet then back to plate creator remake the plate and it should work. My friend had an issue with it awhile ago and thats how he fixed it
