When automation fails the world it’s good to know there are people that can work with their hands. We’ve gotten so comfortable, and the older laborers are dying out, that if these things aren’t passed on we will be in a sad state.

this actually looks quite professionally made , CNC maschines and good tooling , ~ok material but clean assembly and good workers - id trust that product even as someone from west

They melt and mix random materials in every batch. That explains a lot why quality is so random...

The only issue with these larger compilation videos? There doesnt seem to be a sense of completion between subjects. It feels as if they move on before it is completely finished.

Офигеть, это просто пакистанская тесла какая-то. ЧПУ станок с автосменой инструмента. Материал, конечно, как всегда из мусора. Марка сплава? Да не смешите, что валялось, то и в переплавку пошло, алюминий, дюралюминий, силумин, алюмо-магниевый сплав, какая разница, плавится и в форму заливается - все в дело. Вместо пресса, выдавливающего расплав в форму - постучим молотком, чтобы заполнились все пустоты. Детали даже похожи на настоящие.

- Я думаю, что сплав - тут вообще роли не играет! Между корпусом и шестернями должен быть зазор, как и между крышкой и шестернями, все это дело в сотках. На 8:52 я вижу запрессованные втулки, не? Так что, все у этих ребят хорошо! Тем более, видно что производство - на все деньги что были организовано. )

- @@alxvlx9020Кстати да, не заметил сразу втулки. Шлифованные валы нормально ходить будут. Тем более это гидравлический насос, смазка будет хорошая. В общем очень даже передовое производство для них. С материалом согласен, для этого изделия он не так важен. На это предприятие смотреть радостно.
