I can’t bear to watch any more of this guy destroying his retinas. Sunglasses are NOT adequate eye protection when welding. OSHA can be a real nuisance but in this case they are right.
Maybe he safety squints in addition to the sunglasses, that's adequate right? 😂

Well the place is clutted people are walking on metals
Tons of mess, scrap metal raze sharp on the floor, and they walk on it with beach slippers. This work should be prohibited as it poises life danger. Machine rotating parts exposed, with no safety guards. Is this technology from XIX century?
SUPERVISOR: " this is a brand new facility for cryin out loud, can we get some more dirt on the floor?, maybe clutter up the place???"

And employees will get forty water breaks 😂😂😂😂 Oh and ear plugs so nobody listens to anyone else 😂! Let’s not forget gloves so your hands don’t get dirty 😂😂 If you’re using tape you will need hip pads for leaning on the counter 😂😂😂🤣! Jk! …. Not really 😆

Those 25kg gas cylinders! Important to fill by weight, so let's just paint the tare weight on there . . . . No Mfg date, No serial number (to allow traceability of what is after all a pressure vessel), no Test Date (and test data), no Re-test date . . . . . All these things are legally necessary elsewhere, and for very good reason (Safety legislation arising as a results of Safety accidents!)
On Protector Ring of cylinders there is a name plate punched on with all required informatic data as tou described . And after paint tare weight also punched and a stancil form used on these cylenders . Without any data no one accept these Cylinders . Thank you for comment .

At 38:20 they make an irregular shaped cutout on 2 sides of the sheet, then they cut the sheet in half, and then they cut each square-ish in a circle losing the cutout part to trash. Why do they do seemingly extra steps for what looks like no benefit?
Circular Cutting is for the Cold Forming of Dish while the cutout parts not been throughed in a trash ,we recycle that scrape Material .

After Forming excessive size of Disend remove as before they margened plus size to complete Dish Head . and for welding they also face ends .
It seems a pity that the water used in pressure testing the gas bottles is not recycled
Its a Hydrostatic Pressure performed for cylinder pressure testing .
