  • Seeing all these videos, realise that these are skills that would be lost, those basic ones. These days we have CNC machines and the like, but these guys are keeping these key raw skills alive. Its these sort of thing we in UK would spend cash on to go to a museum and see live demo of.

The procedures and how everyone one there has a job to do and they just get on with it , without winging about it. No tables just a stool or log to seat on ,dark and dusty .   • For all those who think this is mindless and soul numbing work, there is value in human labour you know. It may seem like useless drudgery to some, but great pride can be taken in even the small part that fork or that garden tool will play in the world, simply because some skilled men crafted it with their hands. I'd buy a hand made fork from Pakistan over a machine made fork from China.

  • I am surprised once again at how these men work without any safety equipment for their bodies. Eye protection, welding gloves, welding aprons, helmets if needed, proper boots. OMG if they get hurt at work, do their employers have insurance for them. These men work very hard and it's marvellous to see how fast they can make things. But safety is important.

  • Very efficient, a lot of the parts just come within the same country so no need to import things, and servicing is easy because you can just pickup parts whenever you want everywhere without waiting.

    • I have experienced factories like these because we supply welding equipment. And we ask their procurement to buy some gloves and safety masks but they say industrial masks are very expensive and labour is cheap. And in hot and humid climate these will not stay operational one hour.

  • Most people view this video have never worked in heavy industries. I worked in steel plant in the late 1960's. Granted we were provide safety googles and boots. But we were not provided with dust masks. I work in places where you not see you out stretched hand becaue the dust was so thick. Other places did not provide chemical gloves or mask for very caustic liquids, So it was not that far back that we worked up bad condition. Watching these types video is like see what our grandfathers and great-granfathers worked in.

  • Nice job, skilled hard worked workers. There should be better safety procedures, more room, probably better equipment, and quality, but... you good are cheap and thanks to that ppl buy them. I hope you will BEVER have such bureaucratic hell with stupid laws like is in UE (I'm from Poland where taxation is SICK) and cause of that, you will manage. Take care!
