  • Its my birthday Today. Just listened to good music remembering my Mom and Grandma who passed away. This is the first video i watched today, Abdulmanap and his students made my day better. Ill live with those words and cherish my father while he's still here. Im not a fighter, I just trained BJJ and Muay thai but i guess some of this are applicable even tho im just a trainee :) Thanks for the upload!
