  • Haha I was the same as Kev. 100 word spelling test and I got 99 out of 100 because my brain forgot how to spell 'of' and I put 'ov' because I was anxious and overthinking 😂

  • It’s so funny and so true, it was character building 😂 this is why the kids can be anything now, cause none of them have experienced a shaming 😂😂

    • You are right that more kids today feel confident to express themselves...but while this is a positive for society as some kids who were shamed and silenced for being different in previous generations can now express themselves...its also a negative. There are now way more absolute idiots - both kids and adults - who feel empowered to express their opinions AND then have no shame to tell everyone else they are wrong despite any evidence to the contrary.

    • It WAS better [at least in this instance] because at least your parents or older people close to you could give you guidance and advice about pretty much anything. The advice/guidance might not always have been great but at least it was based on actually KNOWING/having EXPERIENCED what they were talking to you about. The Internet was different. Even dial-up was utterly different from everything that had gone before.

Hopefully she'll teach her family in the future (not for at least a decade) XD Thank you for the great memories, Mate
