when i tried haunted house for the first time, it ended with specters setting my sim on fire, neighbours rushing to help and dying, and in the middle of all this my other sim started to give birth. 10/10 experience

This pack frustrates me so much, because it showed EA actually knows how to do great content, imagine if all the packs had at least the same quality level of Paranormal SP. It's the only time I did not feel robbed by EA, 7€ on sale is an honest price, by far the best pack.
Paranormal is definitely my favourite stuff pack, I always forget it's not a game pack because of how much is included, the others just aren't on the same level! The build buy is amazing and the gameplay you get with the Haunted Lot type and career is really fun! That wallpaper you pointed out is one I use a lot, the white and black swatches are lovely in normal builds too! 👻

The way that Paranormal, a Stuff Pack has more gameplay than Dream Home Decorator, a full on Game Pack 👀
And it was the final stuff pack, so the Sims team put all their simussy into. They tend to hit paranormal things out the park

so my first time playing this, i was offering my soul left and right, but then later, on my sims early birthday, realized it shaves days off your sims lifespan. so offer your soul with care xD
IG it makes sense, you're technically giving your life force to a ghost, hence why it's a lot on the sim that does it.
Imagine every single Expansion, Kit and Pack had this level of quality. Sims 4 would’ve been the greatest game of all time…

I love how this pack can crossover with Realm of Magic, in terms of aesthetics and some gameplay elements. The furniture from both packs look great together, and the séance table is perfect to have in spellcasters’ homes.
honestly i love the CAS of this pack. I haven't explored the gameplay because ive been too busy with my boring family gameplay LMAOO but it always looked fun to me

a lot of people don't notice this but when you give ur soul to a Spector it takes a few days away from your sims life!

Something I didn't know for a long time after buying this pack is that unless you're incredibly desperate or playing the game in a certain way, *_don't offer your soul to a specter!_* lol Why? Because it will actually *add to your age bar!* This will happen _even if you're playing without aging,_ so it can _always_ be a problem! lol EDIT: I did just read however that the Soul Pieces you can sometimes get from specters can reduce your age bar though, so if you're lucky, you could reverse the effects of giving away part of your soul.
I got this stuff pack because you recommend it so much and I really love it!! There is so much stuff and gameplay and a lot to discover so I think it is honestly one of the best packs I bought! Such a great addition to the game
I think this is a good stuff pack, especially the build and buy and CAS is concerned. Even though supernatural elements is not my thing, the stuff themselves are good enough to make this pack worthwhile.

I was hoping this would be highly rated by you and I’m not surprised it is because you have talked highly about it in the past. I have to say that the BB items are my favorite part of this pack. I use the couches the most and I love the floral wallpaper that comes with it. Also I actually felt like the pack was well worth the money. I would even pay $20 for this if it were a game pack.
I happen to use build and buy items from this pack in almost every built I make. I never thought that I would like the stuff this much but especially the couches and chairs are so detailed and they are looking like something out of a real living room. And I use the cash items pretty often so this buy was way worth it for me. But I also like the little more eccentric style in gerneal
this is more "Game Pack" than My Wedding Disaster XD Recently I made a sim girl and I had a storyline for her to become a paranormal investigator and romance with Guidry aka Johnny Depp but unfortunately he spawn with "I'm not interested in females" so.... XDD
While I think the ghost hunter career isn't as good as in The Sims 3, to me this is the best stuff pack ever in The Sims franchise because it has the most contents.
I loveeee the build buy and CAS in this pack. I use it a lot. Also the house that comes with the lot is one of the best residential EA lots. One thing that’s cool in terms of gameplay is that if you offer your soul it actually adds more days to your lifespan so it ages you up faster
Satch - It'd be useful if you had all "The Sims 4" content on one playlist; easier to find. Apart from that, your channel is both informative and fun. Added several of your videos to games playlists at our channel. The rankings videos or mods episodes probably the most generally useful for new players, but all of your content is entertaining.
I think i should get the pack. I love horror movies, scary books, hounted houses, halloween und ghost hunting shows. :) The decor is giving me american horror story coven meets idk conjuring maybe? So cool and unique.! I didnt got it till now because i refuse to give EA for that game my money. 8 Years later and im still mad about the 70 euros for a unfinished base game, aswell as all the bugs and cashgrabs like kits. Yet, right now i enjoy playing it.

I love this pack, but sadly the career has never worked properly for me :( And I loved the paranormal career in the Sims 3, so I'm quite upset about it. Also...I just thought of this right now, but why does Bonehilda have boobs, when she is a skeleton? xD

Honestly my favorite dlc pack for one character is Paranormal Stuff, Realm of magic, and Jungle Adventure, all three is just the perfect max for creating a mage.
Apparently there’s lore regarding Temperance and Guidry that Carrie’s on in My Wedding Stories. It’s good to see the developers add more lore to the game because, I feel like the sims 4 lacked a lot of it.
I’ll still wait for a sale but I want it so bad
This is kind of my favorite pack too. It is like they actually enjoyed creating it. Sometimes I think when packs lacking things, it feels like a combination of not enough resources and also too little interest of the theme and too few genuine good ideas.
Some of the stuff in this pack genuinely reminded me of my times playing Sims 2. It's obviously not as in-depth, but you get a completely different vibe when they actually care about the pack lmao
Honestly I haven't been able to use this pack for gameplay once :( The clothes and items are EVERYTHING, and so my style. But the gameplay just doesn't work Edit: so I'm an idiot and didn't know about the Haunted House thing. Literally fml Editedit: this pack is sick!!

In my opinion this is one the BEST stuff packs and I only judge packs on build buy layely but I have no opinion on that aspect) I'm such a fan of the gameplay. This comes second to tiny living(build buy AND gameplay are my faves considering)
I made Guidry human again and become a scientist so he could clone himself. I then married each clone off to the towns resident mad scientist brothers🤣
I find the Paranormal CAS to be a good casual gap filler between RoM, Cottage Living and the Vintage pack...meshing well with Get Famous, of course.
Ok, I just have to say WOW! You had no problems? First this is my very favorite pack. I loved it so much. I played it for months and then... they broke it. I cannot believe you played with no problems. I keep having issues wherein my sims can't finish their gig! I try again every so often and I still have problems. I don't know if its because one of the other packs interfering or what it might be, but its broken for me. I do know that if you play it with lot traits on that will often break the house so that you don't get specters at your haunted lot, but I just can't figure out the key to the glitch while working. My sim goes to the gig they do all the work, the bar is full but it doesn't end the gig and then when time runs out it says they didn't finish and don't get paid! I was so mad when they broke my favoritest pack ever. I haven't tried it in a while just because I haven't been playing sims 4. Breaking this pack was the beginning of the end for me.
Allow me to be blunt as a Louisiana native that style is still very very prominent today from the build buy and cas.
The thing about the into ghost is he reminds me of a voo doo entities that is called Baron sipadi I'm sorry if I spelled it wrong but the baron is often depicted in the manor shown.
Please do realm of magic! I am so on the fence about getting it when it goes on sale because I know it probably will only make the game fun for like 2 days 🥴
trust me it will, for 5 days is the max 😭. But if you want to add magic and possibly evil and just making a sims life easier get it! I had my 2 sims give birth to twins (one girl and one boy) and I made them nemesis, so let your creativity run wild and will hardly get boring. (Maybe)

I have a medium and a vampire in my household. I use the medium to bring people back from the dead just so my vampire can feed on them.
I really like this stuff pack, this is perfect for Halloween gameplay.
I love this pack so much but what I hate about it most is how little compatibility it has with sim ghost
i doubt we are going to get another stuff back so im glad the last one (as of now) really was amazing
I like the look of this. My only hang up is there a way to turn it off in the menu? the haunted stuff? for some of my saves I just like a "normal" run through.
You do not have to turn it off as it doesn’t affect normal households it only affects one’s labeled as haunted houses

This pack makes me wish that EA could have made more item sets go together a bit more. I get frustrated building because it seems like all the supernatural stuff can go together really well. I have more fun furnishing a build for the vampires and witches because the items have some character to them. Everything else has such a lack of character on their own that i cant furnish my sims home because none of the bland or just ugly couches seem to match any personalities or styles. Its just bland. Not enough matching patterns or unique pieces. Animal crossing comes to mind when i think of item sets. You can have sets of themed items and still make unique builds out of them. You just have to know what themes your players like. I dont think sims 4 knows what themes to go with sometimes. Everyone wants realism, realistic fashion, or an aesthetic that doesnt match well with the suburbia the sims is trapped in. I dont travel off home lot much because theres almost nothing you can do on another lot that couldnt have been done at home so i prefer items that have some character to them. Something i can look at and think "this is something my sim would own!" And not just something i dont mind looking at while i play.

Paranormal is a really well made pack. I love the build and buy, especially that wallpaper. I discovered the other day that the furniture can be mixed and matched with Jungle Adventure. I haven’t even played the haunted house or career 😂I tried to but my lot broke but that was 100% my fault and not the game.
