This is basically a modular ridge wallet. Actually good concept.
You cant put a magnet next to a credit card, it can erase the magnetic stripe on the credit card, so you can never swipe your card again.
@@funcorporatelife2177 can´t remember the last time i swiped a credit card, everyone accepts contactless or chip and EMV Chips aren´t affected by magnets.

I haven’t heard or seen of this wallet until today, and the video is 2 years old. If you’re into these kinds of wallets my favorite by far is my Groove Life.

Beware, after a 2 month delay I got mine, the quality is bad. Buttons and cards are incredibly stiff, takes WAY too long to pull out a single card, like a solid 5-10 seconds of fumbling.. Nothing like shown in this vid.
Oh really? Ha, everything in kickstarter and Indiegogo are just scams. I lost so much money backing so many projects until I got wiser. If the product is going to be good, they would never sell it to you at a discount.

It looks really cool and its and interesting idea, but with the price of 100-180$ for a kit its still a bit pricey.

I like this. I carry a similar, but much larger, wallet. The knife section definitely appeals to my EDC notions. My only "gripe" is the release latch's size.

This is a great idea, though I have 2 concerns: - hotel key cards stop working when the sit close to magnets for a little while, wonder if this will do that - that knife component is dope, but…tsa…
tsa will let it slide, and it would take a $20,000 electro magnet to mess up an rfid chip. only thing is the wallet is dookie, alot of people complaining it breaks easily and it's hard to get your cards out. fantom wallets look nice, although very expensive.
I thought this was new, not two years old. But excellent advertising. Only thing I'm concerned about is the trigger/lever for ejecting cards--with that much length, I think it may be too easy to apply too much force enough times to break it eventually. One of the main reasons I went for an Ekster wallet.

I believe the point is it can be. It’s magnetic, you can stack as many as needed and build what you’re looking for. Rewatch the video it clearly shows it.
@@dathanschnably4689 Obviously that is the point. It would just be nice to have module options for even more customization since 3-5 cards might seem to little for some but two of those modules might be too much. A single "size up" 6-8 module would fill that gap.

I tried same method, wallet with magnets. Eventually, it erased my ATM data and became useless. I don’t know if this is the same or not.
Wish on one side you could have another snap on bit with like a small leather pouch with a zip so you could keep either a small key or one or two coins.

Obviously it will but chips last a long time and you can always replace your bankcard for free at your bank..

No. Card chips are flash memory which is unaffected by magnets. Magstripes might be erased but doubtful.
