Porsche 993 Carrera 4s - Aggressive Paint Correction! Dry Ice Blasting & more

We gave this 993 Carrera 4s our biggest total restoration detailing yet!
We started with dry ice cleaning & car wash before doing an aggressive paint correction, including wet sanding, replaced Paint Protection Film (PPF), and LOTS of parts. Then we got on to leather cleaning, interior restoration, and changed LOTS of parts. We cleaned the exhaust, buffed the mufflers, changed lots of bolts, nuts, and lug nuts, buffed the wheels, lamps, and finished with Artdeshine Ceramic Coating… Pretty much everything! We even replaced a seat motor lol

  • Go next level put the screws in the chuck tighten down then spin with some metal polish. Doesn’t take long makes huge difference .

    • we're using a dry ice cleaning machine - the Coldjet PCS60 and the Karcher 7/40

  • Just out of curiosity but wouldn’t it be more cost effective to have the dry ice treatment and then have a full re spray when this much paint correction is required ? I can’t say for the states but after a little look at your service costs for that level of detailing on the paint surely a respray would of worked out the same price or just a fraction more ?

    • Most of the paint correction was because of re-sprayed panels. A car with original paint is always gonna be worth more when it comes to a collector car like this so long as it’s in good condition. Plus you’re gonna need all of this paint correction work after the re-spray in order to have it look good anyways. Plus paying for a good paint Job is in no way affordable. no need to re-spray panels that are perfectly fine when they just need a little paint correction ;) Great question! Thanks for watching!

  • Il faut savoir que le traitement du dessous de la 993 a enlevé toute la cire de protection posée en usine lors de la fabrication, donc je ne conseille pas de le faire. 😉

  • true Sport car must be a manual at least six gears, even Porsche has it, up to seven, an automatic transmission is equivalent to having sex with clothes on, the standard without it, the passion of driving is to change according to the conditions of the track or highway, the automatic transmission is suitable for ladies with cell phones looking for gossip or gays in high heels, I drive a six-speed Clio RS, with the classic French design, served flat, there's the detail 😅!
