    • Если сделать крем из маскарпоне и сливок, выпекать не придётся. А если не ломать печенье, а обмакнуть в кофе, будет тирамису. Я его быстрее делаю, чем это видео идёт

  • The title is wrong, it should read ''desert in 25+ minutes including cooking time but not cooling time. I make this myself [have done since the 1970s], only without the eggs and flour, and it really is a desert in 5 min plus time in the fridge while we eat dinner. You can use a fruit yoghurt or even a fruit puree instead of a plain yoghurt for a different flavour as well. No need for the eggs or the flour and you'll find it tastes as good or better and certainly takes a lot less time to prepare let alone cook.

  • Well like I said yesterday I made these lovely little cakes Just tasted one light and delicious one thing I would do next time is add more lemon juice to increase the tang. So easy to make and recipe makes 12 as indicated. So a big thank you. I will be making these many times more. Perfect for a summer day. Love from Tasmania Australia

  • Рецепт хороший, но вместо муки лучше добавить кукурузный крахмал, тогда получается точно десерт. А с мукой, это больше похожи на кекс.

    • Не могу согласиться с Вами. Муки совсем чуть-чуть на такой объём, в готовом виде получается что-то вроде творожного суфле или мягкого чизкейка, на кексы вообще не похоже ничуть. Добавлять в качестве загустителя крахмал или муку это дело вкуса, я например стараюсь не готовить десерты на основе крахмала или с его добавлением, мне такие не нравятся.
