INGREDIENTS 🔻:
• 1 egg
• 80 g of sugar
• 80 ml sunflower seed oil
• zest of one lemon
• 5 g baking powder
• 180 of 00 flour
Bake in a preheated static oven at 180 C° for 25-30 minutes
For the cream:
• 400 ml of milk
• 1 egg yolk
• 4 tablespoons of sugar
• 2 tablespoons corn starch
• juice of half a lemon

  • These look sooo delicious. 😋😋😋 Question : do you lightly grease the muffin tins before adding the egg - crust mixture ? I would think you don't have to because of the oil in the crust mix, though. Also, I wonder if you can use instant puddings of different flavors for the filling. Sooo easy these are. TYSM for sharing this recipe with us.

  • I made it. very delicious! ! However, the first time I baked it without using a tart stone, the cup lost its shape and turned into a thick cookie.😢(This is also delicious!😆) Why can you make a beautiful tart without using a tart stone?
