- 250 g frozen strawberries
- 13 g gelatin

I don't think you could freeze these. The pudding/gelatin would break down when thawing. But I would think they would last in the fridge a few days?

I can’t get the gelatin to set the milk and whipping cream. 12 hours in the fridge and it’s as if I didn’t add gelatin.
Just add a little more gelatin and make sure your milk and whopping cream are cooled first.

Were the milk and cream warm before you added it? If its cold it will not set.

I'm gonna pipe in here. May want to add a little more gelatin. (Not all gelatin mixes are made equal. The measurements can vary. Also.. the milk and cream needs to be warm, but not hot. And..Are you using whole milk?? If you are using 1% or 2% that can have an affect. 😊
