This recipe makes 4 cups x 220 ml.
Ingredients:
- 50 g dark chocolate
- 20 g gelatin
- 250 ml heavy cream
- 700 ml milk
- 50 g sugar
- 30 g cocoa powder
- 1 tsp vanilla
👉 Recipe 2. Blueberry dessert panna cotta in cups
This recipe makes 4 cups x 220 ml.
Ingredients:
- 15 g gelatin
- 200 ml heavy cream
- 200 ml milk
- 90 g sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 220 ml water
- 1/2 lime
- 250 g blueberries
- Purple food colouring
- Fresh mint
👉 Recipe 3. Mango dessert panna cotta in cups
This recipe makes 4 cups x 220 ml.
Ingredients:
- 20 g gelatin
- 3 mangoes
- 3 tbsp raspberry jam
- 200 ml heavy cream
- 200 ml milk
- 50 g sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla
👉 Recipe 4. Strawberry chocolate dessert panna cotta in cups
This recipe makes 4 cups x 220 ml.
Ingredients:
- 250 g frozen strawberries
- 13 g gelatin
- 250 ml heavy cream
- 250 ml milk
- 100 g sugar
- 80 g cocoa powder
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1/2 lime

    • I don't think you could freeze these. The pudding/gelatin would break down when thawing. But I would think they would last in the fridge a few days?

  • I can’t get the gelatin to set the milk and whipping cream. 12 hours in the fridge and it’s as if I didn’t add gelatin.

    • Were the milk and cream warm before you added it? If its cold it will not set.

    • I'm gonna pipe in here. May want to add a little more gelatin. (Not all gelatin mixes are made equal. The measurements can vary. Also.. the milk and cream needs to be warm, but not hot. And..Are you using whole milk?? If you are using 1% or 2% that can have an affect. 😊

  • First one is Bullshit Boy the chocolate Layer - pouring a thin Layer that doubles in the fridge? If you do it Then do it properly. Panna Cotta is beginner Dessert.
