Cooking process:

Today we have coffee dessert in a glass!!!
Nescafe coffee (35g / 4 tbsp).
Sugar (120 g / 2/3 cups).
Very cold water (140 ml / 2/3 cup).
Stir until the sugar dissolves.
Beat with a mixer until fluffy.

Beat until fluffy.
Condensed milk (80 ml / 1/3 cup).

    • In Korea, this "fluff" of instant coffee, sugar, and water is called "dalgona coffee". You can add it to hot coffee, milk,...I like it on ice cold Pepsi! It has a nice caramel-coffee flavor.
