Us: Adelaide vs her doppelganger
What’s happening in this Us movie clip?
Adelaide fights against her doppelganger Red. She impales her with a fireplace poker and strangles her using her handcuffs. Adelaide smiles, showing her true self as she is in fact the doppelganger.
What’s the movie Us about?
Adelaide Wilson (Lupita Nyong’o), returns to her beachside childhood home with her husband, Gabe (Winston Duke), and their two children (Shahadi Wright Joseph, Evan Alex) for an idyllic summer getaway.Haunted by an unexplainable and unresolved trauma from her past and compounded by a string of eerie coincidences, Adelaide feels her paranoia elevate to high-alert as she grows increasingly certain that something bad is going to befall her family.
After spending a tense beach day with their friends, the Tylers (Elisabeth Moss, Tim Heidecker, Cali Sheldon, Noelle Sheldon), Adelaide and her family return to their vacation home. When darkness falls, the Wilsons discover the silhouette of four figures holding hands as they stand in the driveway.

This final battle was very neat, the real Adelaide was using defensive moves from when the clone Adelaide chose to dance ballet.
The original Adelaide is red actually they swapped
Other way around
I love how her son picked the mother he was raised with instead of the original who got cloned
It made sense the one who raised him did actually give birth to him
When did he have the option to choose
He didn't know his mother was a clone :/
When his mom fought and in the car he didn't tell the rest of the family she was a double @@BraveHearted55
When the fuck did he actually “choose” her?
Hearing the mom whistle in agony broke my heart!! It shows that the real cloned beings experience pain too. 🥺😭💔
It's the opposite
The "clone" is actually the real mom the other one is a clone and stole her life
And the clone forgot what she did until in the end of the movie where she remembered
Lmao the way she slapped adaladie
@kristianmiddleton-uc7 the one in white
Best masterpiece movie.
Does anybody kno what Adelaide is whispering to her when at the desk 0:11
Something about pain I think
she said "you have to pay the price"
not even close @@the_rat_is_back
How do I download this movie

What is the name of the sound?
If you search up the movie: US trailer music, it should show but i think it’s a remix version of ‘I got 5 on it’ by Luniz & Michael Marshall
Pas de Deux.

Why was Adelaide so nice than…. I am confuse this movie is crazy dont get it I thought he one that did the choking would be mean and evil but she came off nice
She was nice because she wasn't raised in there. The clones weren't inherently evil, just trapped in dark dank labs. Suffering beneath the surface. Adelaide got out

tony montana will win because he has a m16 he could spam ammo at the clone
off topic as hell but yeah no shit scarface would just put him on a pile of coke and hes killing them all
If you watched the movie, the Tethered are near bulletproof. You'd have to mow them down with something larger. And besides, a clone ONLY ATTACKS THEIR PERSON. So you wouldn't see Tony shooting clones. Tony's clone would be shooting HIM because Tony's clone would know every section of his house and every little secret. They share the same soul and brain.
@@Maccmoneysixtey same thing as Scarface. Scarface would be busy dealing with a bulletproof clone of himself who knows every gun he’s ever touched and any room he tries to hide.
While the plot of Get Out does sound ridiculous and no normal cop would take the claim seriously without real proof, I'm pretty sure at least someone would have realized that "Hey, my brother/son/friend who went missing after dating this rich White girl wasn't the only 1 who did. Maybe I should contact her or ask the cops to at least drop by on that family." That is the ONLY thing about Get Out that bothers me, but I didn't even realize it until my 3rd or 4th time I saw the film. Now, as for Us, there are several plot holes that I noticed the day of seeing the film that still bother me. If the government had been cloning everyone for years, how were there enough underground tunnels to store over 300 million people? Adelaide, her parents, and her family didn't live in California, so how did/what were their clones doing there? If the whole idea for the clones coming up was to show that they don't want to be oppressed anymore/want to be treated as equal despite not having souls, then killing their counterparts is a horrible idea. If the cloning project had been ended (as it was suggested) then when did the government stop, and if it was before the kids were born then how do they have clones? Why did none of the clones ever think about coming up before if there is no real security system keeping them underground? Where did they get all of the red clothes, scissors, and gloves, and how did they communicate with each other on how to execute this plan? I'll admit, some of these sound nitpicky, but when you add them all up, it does make the movie not as well written as initially reviewed, but I still liked it.
You know the woman who died in this scene is the real one and the one who lived is the tethered
Not the point
The tethered mimic their counterparts. She had the same kids because so did her counterpart. Plot hole gone.
It's implied that the closer you are to your clone, the easier it is for you to control it or for them to learn about YOU. Which is why Adelaide never wanted to return to the beach; she even SAYS "I feel like she's getting closer..." Red was. Red had TO WAIT for Adelaide to come back to the beach vacation house for YEARS, and used that time to train the Tethered. When Adelaide came to the beach, we see the homeless man had already been killed by his Tethered counterpart. Adelaide SAW the 666 man as a child, and he was the last thing she saw before she found the hall of mirrors. So only natural she sends the 666 Tethered to kill their human. It's closest to the tunnels so if he gets CAUGHT, he can retreat. And when Adelaide finally got close to the hall of mirrors as an adult, Red finally confirmed it was time to send the entire network of tunnels up above. There are no children Tethered because Adelaide/Red were the last children to encounter each other, and that was the 1980s. Aside from Pluto and Umbrae, it's assumed most Tethered don't have children unless "forced" to, and make and effort to resist. The family dynamic BELOW also is affected above and vice versa. Adelaide's family loves one another, so the Tethered family doesn't "care" and operate independently. The neighbors are rich jerks and hate each other, making their CLONES very closely knit and loving of one another, as evidenced by the Tethered twins smiling and holding hands between cartwheels, and the mom mourning her husband.
