Welcome to Episode #19 of the Eddie travel trailer series. This video has easily taken me more time than any other video in the series. This is my design and it's not perfect. Hope you enjoy the video and maybe get some inspiration to start a project of your own.

As usual, in my rush to get a video done I forgot a few things. Like actually showing the slideout kitchen slide out, lol. Sorry, please subscribe to see it in action.
As a female, I am constantly amazed at the talent and ingenuity of a good carpenter.
That WaterPORT Weekender is looking like a great fit!
It’s perfect 👍
So if you don't know the basics you are on the wrong page. Now everybody else, it was nice to learn some of the things you came across building your trailer. Very helpful video as far as real life experience goes.
Duuuuuuuude! That is seriously tight! Love that rail slide system
Man, your vision is coming together. That kitchen is next level, looking forward to the next episode.
I appreciate that!
A product worthy of a longtime manufacturer. Yacht-quality!
Scott what a well thought out & executed slide out kitchen can't wait to see it in use.🙂🇨🇦👍
Great Job! The design is very good for a first time. The storage area for the propane tank and water lines brilliant. I would have never thought about that. Till I was almost finished building it. The water pressurizing system I've not seen before. Black and aluminum trim, throughout the whole camper build . Is a favorite of mine as well.
I like all the thought you have put into the slide out. Can't wait to see it in action.
I watch each of your videos with my eyes wide open! You do such a great job. Thanks
Glad you like them!
I like that idea
It really looks good! Can't wait to see you using in on one of your adventures.
So awesome Scott, I’m looking forward to watching some of your adventures
Fantastic job! Thanks for posting!
Nice work on your construction of your slide out. One trick before applying your black aluminum sheeting, paint black along the right angles of the cabinetry...after applying aluminum sheet, you will not see any slight irregularities when the sheets meet. Okay...I got a little ahead of myself while watching your video and made the first part of my comment before I see you cover the panel inside edges with aluminum angle stock. 👌
Very well built! thats gunna be super strong and last forever!
Very, very slick! Nicely done!
Thanks 👍
2:30 as opposed to the expensive way being using a countersink bit. lol
Excellent job, very functional and thought out design. Blessings 🙏
Wow! Excellent work!😎👍🇫🇮
Thanks 👍
Nice job on the kitchen slide out looks very professional. I have really enjoyed the camper build videos.
Looking great.
Your skills are fantastic! You are using what we call a Dock Box look. Dock Boxes are used to transport stage equipment like lighting, sound, cables etc. when being transported between venues in semi trailers. Outside kitchens are great especially if you plan on placing awning with attached sides to use the kitchen in inclement weather. You are working wonders if working solo, I on the other hand have asked my daughter to help out. She gains experience as to how things are built and the use of power tools.
Well done Scott!
8:12 That's such a GREAT feeling, right?
Wow Scott what incredible detailed n hard work!! Such a sweet result!! Obviously need that heavier axle now
HIGHLY SUGGEST a TPMS system for the trailer tires especially with single axle, I would hate for Eddie to turn into a Highway sled!
That is a sharp looking drawer set up! Well done!
Thanks
i need you in my life lol
Awesome Scott. Really enjoying this. Eddie is certainly loved
Glad you’re liking it Steve 👍
@DrenalinAdventures, well done Sir, you maximised the use of a confined space with little waste, and it turned out looking great and quite functional. *gives a nod of approval and two thumbs up*
Thank you! Cheers!
Nicely done.

Overengineered for my country tasts but man does it look good!
Outstanding Build Sir!!
Thank you kindly
Good to know!
If you don't mind me asking, how much did this cost to make? We will be doing something similar soon and just want an idea of cost. Thank you.
Very nice 👍
Thank you! Cheers!
I don't care if you were dropped on your head as a child, know nothing about anything, and can't figure out what end of a screwdriver to hold...not a tutorial my ass...your videos, and your trailer are great!!! Keep it up fella!!!
Thanks for that
Not a cabinet maker, your shop and knowledge really don't jive with that statement. Nice tools.
What a great kitchen. You included everything you need in a compact space. 💕
this is great. do you have plans and a material list ?
I’m number one!👍 I’m number one!👍 I’m number one!👍
Thanks.
My father's old class b pop top didn't have hot water either. He used a boats footpump to bring water to the sink keeping both hands free.
Love the project, just started watching the project. what is the final weight?
So good but why didn't you wipe yatch varnish to ground, top and dink cabins woods ? It makes 100% water resistent as i know. And
Beautiful! no links to the grill and stove though .....
My least favorite thing is plumbing too!
You need to remove that Galvinized Cap and replace it with a copper cap. Galvinized piping is not safe for drinkable water.
Eddie looks awesome. Your craft is amazing. How much does it weght? Aside form the price tag, do you think using metal studs to reduce framing weight is ok for a moving trailer? I read that metal studs were not necessarily stronger than wood (which I thought they were). Thoughts?
I'm comfortable framing with wood. Metal would be fine too.
I’m dying to know what sort of adhesive you used?!?! I’ve tried to get this type of aluminum to stick to plywood before with zero success!!
I can't find episode 18 showing how you built the Slide-out system, share a link, Please, Thank you.
Sealant behind the aluminum frame on installation may have saved a future leak
Hello Scott - Just curious, are you going to have a pull out awning on the kitchen side of your trailer, so you can use the kitchen when raining or snowing?
Yes. Definitely
I would have treated the plywood with something to make it resistant to moisture. the elements always find a way to ruin things.
I'm from near Bon eco in Ontario where are you from if you don't mind me asking
🌹👍🏼
What is the black counter surface you used called?
Will u vist shawn james in it??
Wouldn't it be nicer to have a rear galley?
I prefer this style
Is that a "slideout kitchen"
This is why we need men.
seems overly complicated
They make a very inexpensive {less then $30,not name brand}dremel extension that helps like its a whole nother tool.
