I feel like I could legitimately steal bolt cutters from a work site in real life and draw less heat than I did in game.
This update was a lot better but only downside is that you have to wait a week after doing all 3 vehicles heist

For the weevil mission, it's supposed to prompt you to attach a flare to the side of the container when you go to one side.
I didn’t know that I just lit it and threw it on the floor .. took me about 5 minutes to figure it out
yup, the infil on that mission was..i was expecting more resistance, but the guards were all acting dumb, deaf & blind..just stealth mode along and snipe them with a suppressed wpn. attach flare and grab the sparrow to protect the skycrane..which i was a lil slow on so i didnt get the 80% or better in it's protection. a fun mission, tbh.
I wonder how many more times rockstar will use the same police station over and over in “new” missions going forward.

At first I like the DLC, but now I had second thoughts and think it’s a load of poo the only good thing about it is the safe that give you passive income but the actual heists are rubbish because you’ve Gotta wait a week before they give you new ones and therefore you can only make roughly k900 a week from it and even though that might sound a lot, it’s really not for a week
In terms of new cars, businesses and missions this is the best DLC since the contract DLC… this isn’t a good DLC… it’s a great one
The south Central leak in the contract dlc heist is busted rn too it won't let you deliver the low rider it just locks you in place
Putting a few options in sub-menus such as spawn location and some of the vehicle management stuff made it less convenient. This DLC was better than the last one since it didn't make the game worse aside from the typical bugs. Being able to own police cars is a sign that the end of GTA V Online is coming to an end. For the tow truck simply removing the ability for another tow truck or Cargbob to hook onto it would have been enough to prevent game-breaking bugs.

This DLC is definitely better than the last one. I don't even remember the name of it. 🤔 But drug wars was good. Maybe not part 2 but the acid lab is super helpful and the virtue is just amazing

@@herbaHD the previous DLC makes you spend too much money on something that you barely use (the avenger) for some lame story and even lamer "side missions". Also, you need the hangar or the facility to store it (more money to spend). This one makes you spend a lot of money (but less) on something that you might use frequently (depending if you like the towing missions or not). There's also drift races! But if you compare it to Drug Wars, it's garbage. 3 missions per week is the biggest downside. The acid lab is way cheaper and you can do it several times a day, if you have enough free time.

@@UnusualPete Yeah I get your point about having to spend much money on the Avenger but I don't think that was a big deal because I assume that many people had already had the Avenger anyways. And I think the Raiju was a good addition to the game, as well. Does this update make you really spend less than the previous if we exclude the Avenger and facility cost? To put the chop shop to full use you have to spent around $5M and it gets you right now a little bit less than a million a week. And the tow missions are lazy af. From what I can tell exporting mixed goods and doing the ammu-nation contract gets you the same or more money than that. The police cars are nice but useless, expensive and locked behind the chop shop. I personally couldn't care less about some new race. For me it's been the worst update in recent years so far. Maybe if the full content is released I'll change my mind, but so far with the features it's the worst. Edit: less than a million a week with only robberies

I was hoping for the tow truck to be working with other players cars, there's a god mode glotch for the cars going around, that tow truck would have been useful to throw those glitched cars into the sea.
Lame update. 3/10 is a fair assessment. The only reason people think it's good is because the last one was utterly abysmal. The salvage yard is absurdly overpriced for the meager payouts it offers. Car heist missions were boring rip-offs of better heists. Drip-feeding business features like the ability to keep stolen cars is a new low for Rockstar. Drifting is fun, but the rewards are so pitiful that it will be another dead activity once the novelty wears off. As for the new cars, I've never seen so many glaring visual and performance bugs. Rockstar are a 23-billion-dollar, multi-national, AAA publisher and could easily afford to hire armies of QA testers and developers if they wanted to. None of this bodes well for GTA6.

At least it's better than the last dlc, but wouldn't take much to beat that one. Digital Car Addict had a video about everything that's broken or missing in the dlc and the excuse is most of them are working on the next gta. While that's true, I still find that to be inexcusable and it's just lazy.
They had been working on 6 for 10 years. They spent lot money which is rumored to be one to $2 billion. You expect them to still work on a game Which is frankly very old and showing its age with how much it is becoming unstable. Plus GTA six is going to make them a lot of money so of course they are more focused on a money maker then to resume work on a game that lets be honest the higher ups could care less unless you pay them shark cards

@@evandaymon8303 CHOP shop the clue is in the name. Yusuf Amir and Tony Prince know each other from their time in Liberty City, when Tony Prince owned two night clubs in Liberty City. It would have been a nice call back to have Yusuf mention that fact, maybe even comment something like Luis Lopez sends his regards. Did you play GTA4's expansion the Ballard of Gay Tony?

no, not again, only randon cars, random missions. no traffic fix (same 3 vehicle models spawning arround map). new car could be added to cops npc use, but no, no big features. this game is over, no dlc can save this
We only saw Yusuf twice. Beat the dlc in one hour, I have little hope that this is a two-part dlc

I already wrote this in a GTA mens video, but I got to say it again: I don't complain about the dlc per se, because this is free content and they are focusing on GTA 6. But the lack of imagination is overwhelming. This is the 3rd Autoshop we get, the 3rd! surely they could come up with something else.

I haven't bought anything from the new DLC yet, still need to gather the cash, but since that update, now I can't finish the mission from Dr. Dre's where you have to retrieve the vargos lowrider, when I try to go in my agency garage, the car freezes and all I can do is use options to go to story mode.
Lots o people complaining about how long it takes a week for them to release new vehicles for robberys, but i find that good because if you think about it you can do all 3 robberys then do a cayo then a casino and you've made almost 4mil
Tow truck talk: Those things laregly left the scene in the 80-90's. It is all about tilt/flat beds, now. My vote wudda been for us to get to use the flatbed already in game..but..as an actual car hauler and.. FINISH THE RAMP TRUCK! Make it haul veh! ..have it so we drive it to LSC or w.e and buy an upgrade so ®⭐can sell another few millioon shark cards, since that makes them so happy, ahaha.
grand theft auto 5 deserves to end with a massive bang. a dlc so big. call it like the endgame heist or something. like clifford comes back as a massive threat abd all the characters align with each other. idc gta 5 deserves one last grate dlc ive been here 10 years. worked so hard on my account. over level 1100. over 200 million dollars and all the cars planes boats special vehicles to the point where i cant decide what to drive. thats all i want as a gta 5 vet.
yeah that's the problem i am having is finding the last duffle bag witch is the Bolt Cutters , so when i walk out of the chop shop in my mini map shows the green bag blinking looks like it's near the Casino but when i go around there cannot find it in that location. we spent 2 hours looking and no luck. does anybody have a Solution as to find these bolt cutters

The tow truck was because if you hooked several tow trucks together it would glitch out, vanoss has an old video with it
Easy solution is to make it not be able to hook onto other tow trucks. I mean they can do that for cars that aren't one you are task to get so why cant they do same for other tow trucks.
I pretty much had stopped playing after like a day since did all the new stuff. Gtamen & Ghillimaster rants that it’s new content locked by a drip feed system is no way keep people playing; one said imagine using shark cards to buy the shop only to be told you get 3 missions a week. I one of them (or Digital Car Addict) said they should’ve made them repeatable but like once a week have a car worth more.

5:00 I totally did the same thing. And why would we have to take small heist equipment like a taser or bolt cutters back to the chop shop? I’m already carrying 2 Miniguns and several rifles, rocket launchers etc. I can tell that R* is starting to work on QoL improvements but there’s still a lot more room for improvement. If they’re looking for play testers HMU R*. But I’d expect to get paid if they make me sign an NDA!
I also had the heist equipment very far away so i decided to do it later, but then after sometime location of heist equipments changed and bolt cutter mission was now really close to my salvage yard. So if u dont like freemode equipment location Just try finding New season or waiting a little bit
I don't get it, why we have to steal bolt cutters or crow bars. IF you go to the local DIY market to buy them, they are CHEAP, and nobody will need your ID or whatever. These aren't illegal items. They are worth $ 100, and even if you need a drill, these are $ 250 and again, nobody will need your ID. GTA is ridiculous in this. Even if you buy 10 drills, cutters and crowbars... Next time go to another store and buy the next stack.
Because they want you to waste time to something thats highly repetitive and boring. Whole franchise was and always will be on Starfield level of boredom. Every trailer is scripted. RDR2 was boring trash. Even in that game force you to play how they want you to play.
When I drift I host it and use non-contact last thing I need is the drifting tryhards messing up my drift. And when I join I hope the host of that drift event uses non-contact. But I love the new drifting tune.
Good luck refilling on health with the quick snack option in the new interiors. Your character will pull up the phone and immediately get shot in the face lmao. Oh and theres a random vehicle that will randomly kill you if touched in the setup mission for the gauntlet hellfire where you have to get the vip pass. Oh and the gauntlet mission? haha better be good at using the EMP on the in game drone. btw, theres a random pop up on your screen that is RANDOMLY triggered on that weevil mission that will initiate a cutscene of your character strapping that flare to the SIDE of the container. Happy camping, gamers

Of course you would give the DLC a lot of compliments and still give it a low score. TBH, it's the first DLC I actually liked since The Contract. Until now, everything after The Contract seemed... lackluster. Heck, I managed to get myself pulled away from MWIII with this one and I really enjoy it's Zombies. Overall I'd call this upper mid, higher than Los Santos Tuners because that one has those two idiots practically having phone sex while you're trying to do missions. I'd like to give it a higher score... but the drawbacks like being able to do the "mini heists" once a week really put a damper on things. In Tuners you could do one after another if you desire. But I think the real reason a lot of us enjoy it is due to FINALLY being able to get police vehicles. Before anyone complains about not being able to take them to LS Customs to modify them, by now most of us should have an Office Garage (with workshop), MOC (with workshop), Avenger (with workshop), Arena Workshop, Auto Shop, or even Agency mechanic by now if not all of them. If you don't have any properties that allow you to customize vehicles, then you are either a very recent player or really don't give a damn about the game at all.

It seemed like a few years ago there were 2 people working on GTA VI and the rest on Online, but with the massive reception of the trailer it looks like everyone is working on 6 and the 2 underpaid interns were put into the development swamp that is GTA Online.

Haven't played it because GTA Online is just toxic trash and very boring unless your playing with others. But... This DLC is almost identical to the Auto Shop DLC, isn't it? The missions are slightly different, but you're still fixing up and selling cars in a way. Could have ran it out of the same workshop, fired the original cast and hired the new crew to do the same things.
