Was going with the second one, till I saw the third one. Course the fact that I don’t have a radial arm saw or a mortiser kinda wiped out the second one anyway. But I do have a router, bits, super glue and scrap wood, so three wins. Now if I ever have a build where I’d use that joint, I’m all set.😃

That must be way stronger than bolts, screws, and brackets. The time and skill is going to be rightfully high priced but you should only need it once. This thing should last generations.

Was that a radial arm saw?? Holy crap, that's what i learned on. I never thoight about how effective they could be for joinery, just how the saw chasees you if you dont do it right. Awesome techniques.
