  • Thank you for not playing distracting music. This allowed me to focus on the video . The occasional tapping of the hammer when setting things was almost therapeutic in nature, like icing on a cake.

  • So many "Tip/jig' videos are either blindingly obvious, been around for decades and everyone uses them or are something one can buy cheaply without making it yourself. This was the exact opposite, thank you for some genuinely useful and unique tips and tricks.

  • *I'd like to take this opportunity to give it up for the trees. Without them we wouldn't have wood, and without wood the evolution of the human race would be incredibly different.* I've never really thought of this until just now. But imagine what early humans would have been without wood as a fuel and building material. No fires to cook or heat, no timber to make tools or shelter. No boats. Thumbs up please to say "thank you Trees!".

  • That seemed like more than six, lot of great information. It's so simple when you see how it's done but not so simple to come up with the idea's. I'm subscribing on the basis of this video, not something I've ever done before, normally watch at least 4~5 video's before I decide if channel is worth the time. Very well done, thank you.

  • I work with steel. To be more precise, I work with blade sharpening. It is in moments like this, when I see a human being demonstrating the beautiful and wonderful creative capacity of the species, that I still have hope that this wonderful planet will not be dominated by ignorant people. Not without a fight, not without intelligent and creative resistance, even if we are few. My sincere compliments, and true congratulations on your demonstration of talent!!! Congratulations!!! • All this looks great but im afraid it shows poor understanding of timber . The joint of the round section produces a feather edge which will just break away, never face or edge marks anything so will never get one flust face if the timber is differant widths , and both times the boards are edge jointed the grain is not reversed so the board will end up curved. Only pointing his out as these are basic woodwork principles
