    • Now kids after a join or 2 you may feel head strong mbitios but truth b told, them joins will make you slow in the head and thairs no room for that type of thinking around lumber cutters. Listen to your parents and be mindful yous ain't no Hercules impossible to get ripped hahaha! Even yor daddy will tell sometimes half a join and already windy sheets

  • I swear, everytime I watch a video, I'm in absolute awe of your workshop. As for the table, the lines and the cuts are so crisp, fantastic. And then of course there is nothing better than listening to the wood squeak when assembling and fitting the joints in to one another and it's a tight and snug fit. Simply amazing...

    • I retired from power company as EE. Those poles are treated with presevative to prevent rot and the chemicals used are potent. We were told to not use the wood for projects and NEVER use as firewood.

    • It looks rather nice, but with all those power tools, and given diagrams, your average school leaver could do that. And he c*cked-up on those angled mortice pockets, and the lift wheels should be mounted inboard so they don't present a tripping hazard. I'd have been much more impressed if he'd done it all with only hand tools. Not a bad bench though, I've seen a lot worse. (btw, what is '33rd' on the scale of things?)

  • Have to say that workbench is most likely built better than most modern pieces of home furniture. Myself, I'd find it hard to do any work on such a nice bench 🙂 Also enjoyed the display and proper use of all those tools. You folks are living the dream many of us had but never took.

  • As the two halves of the top were glued together, I thought that it looked too good to be a workbench. Rather a piece of art to be put on display! It is absolutely gorgeous.
