Rapper Boosie Badazz Offers to Take Drug Possession Charge After Police Search His Car
Bodycam footage shows rapper Boosie Badazz offering to take a drug possession charge for a passenger when police found marijuana in his car. The Fairburn Police Department in Georgia said the rapper was pulled over and cited for allegedly speeding and littering. Authorities say the vehicle was searched after officers smelled the strong odor of marijuana in the car. According to the police report, a small amount of the substance was found and no one was charged with possession.

Yea girls get way lighter sentences but I knew she couldn't do one day in jail so I took the hit.. also because she was a nurse and she wouldn't lost her career that she spent so much time in school and building.. Besides she came down paid bail and got me out on house arrest in two months.. she "was" a ride or die girl too. ONES there when you call from jail.. You know who your REAL people are when your in jail..that's for sure..

Omg … they obviously have never owned a Cadillac!!!😂 From the drivers seat alone there are like 3 hidden compartments… the seat alone has a leg slide that if you extended it the front part of the seat extends a couple of inches so when closed it creates a pouch …not to mention the front dash radio face pops up and you can set it to only open with a code. And those come standard.. there are more but you need to get a cadillac to figure them out .

They’ve pulled you over multiple times on that particular stretch of highway! Do you really have to travel on that highway right there? If you do, just don’t speed or smoke weed & have your own dash cam that records your speed, so they have no excuses to stop you & you prove that you are innocent with your own dash camera.

Always keep your cannabis in a hemp container. When they ask about the smell of suspected marijuana just say that by smell alone they can't determine if it's legal hemp or illegal marijuana. This complicates their probable cause to search even if a canine is used because legal hemp contains a low amount of delta 9 thc. Meaning that even if they use an onsite test it will be positive for the presence of THC. However, lab testing would be required to confirm that the THC amount is above the limit to be classified as legal cannabis(Hemp/CBD flower). Never admit to ever using or possessing illegal marijuana. Technically, the cop would have to let you go, but he may try to get a search warrant or use a canine as probable cause anyway. If he doesn't let you go and finds cannabis in a legal hemp labeled container then he would still have to get what he suspects is illegal cannabis lab tested to confirm the level of delta-9 THC. He will still have to let you go until further testing is done. Once the lab results confirm it contains more than the legal amount of delta-9 THC they could put a warrant out for your arrest. Although, a good lawyer can file a motion for dismissal based on an invalid probable cause. The smell of cannabis and canine hit isnt sufficient enough to differentiate between low(legal) and high(illegal) delta 9 thc. Only the presence of THC can be suspected which isn't illegal unless verified to be above the legal threshold. This is the main reason why law enforcement were rallying against the legalization of Hemp. It looks and smells similar to "marijuana" and is essentially the same plant but is differentiated only by levels of specifically delta-9 THC. For decades they were able to use it for probable cause to search even if they didn't really smell it. A lawyer relayed this information to me before the legalization of Hemp and I have used this 2 times. To avoid the headache of this even happening, use cruise control to always maintain a legal speed and don't smoke in your vehicle.However, some cops are crooked and will still use it as an excuse to search your vehicle to fish for unrelated crimes or violations.

I hate when cops ask you: "How you doing today?" Like they really care.
Oh, trust me most they do. They are just doing their job. I just go straight into the reason for the stop is(insert reason). I hate when I say “how are you doing today” on a traffic stop simply because no one likes getting stopped including myself. I genuinely care how you are doing but I also understand I’m probably inconveniencing you and skip all the filler conversations in order to get you back on your way as soon as I can. It’s just part of the job and we get a lot of criminals that are on the run and/or on their way to commit major crimes or in the process of committing a major crime(kidnapping, narcotic trafficking, dead body in the car, etc..) Due to traffic infractions.

I actually like how smooth and relaxed the officer was in his interaction and explanations. Boosie was the calmest I have ever seen. I commend him for being real, honest and respectful in his dealings today. No one was cuffed, mishandled this was a good stop and a good reaction to the reason why you were stopped. I got pulled over and they said they smell weed and ask me do I smoke I told them "when I can.. but I haven't smoked recently"... they searched my car and found a half of a blunt I told them "my bad if I would have known that was there I would have smoked it already"... when I was in Austin Texas and I got a DUI the officer took the joint out of my wallet and place it in my console so that when I got my truck out of impound my weed was still there they don't even prosecute anything under a quarter pound and anything less than a gram of heroin or cocaine it's just a misdemeanor. But what's crazy is that having the oil based THC like a vape pen is a felony
Under a gram of narcotics is not just a misdemeanor it’s a state jail felony up to 2 years
