i have build a Sandblast for my self, but my air compressor was not adequate. So i build my own air compressor with two pump and four pistons. It has exceeded my expectations!!!!!
Enjoy waching and dont miss not a single minute of this video

Thank you very much for supporting my work, this year I have done as much as I could ... In the next year we are going even better "HAPPY NEW YEAR" !!!
After drilling into the air tank, don't you need to clean out the metal shavings that fall inside it?
are you from slovenia
You may want to add another bleeder valve at the bottom of the lower tank so you can flush the water that condensates when air is compressed.
Hello, can you please name the type of varnish you use, I mean the blue one with this strange structure. Regards
hey man! luv your work. If you permit just let me say that u've got your math wrong. your compressor maker about 507L/Min. This is because you divided by 1.57min but 1min57sec is 1.95min. Hope this helps!
Loved the video. As a retired mechanical Welder and metal fitter I never thought I would learn anything or see anything that I had not done. I was wrong and learned a trick at 11:00. I have used many things to do the same thing, from tempseal, to glues, to tack welds, to mechanical fingers. Anyway, your video made me remenis about my life and jobs. Thank you, or, Спасибо!
🤣🤣🤣
Well done. I question the fans and I bet the unit is seriously top heavy and I would have make copper lines from the pump to the tank but I admire people who build things themselves. I built a unit last year from 3 junk yard air compressors for a total cost of $12 US.
That was a very good build, thanks for sharing.
I love the tip with the paper to block the nut
Esse ficou monstro mesmo!!! parabéns pelo trabalho!
Bro. This vid was so satisfying. Thank you.
i just cant stop watching its the best i have ever seen thanks
Ulozen veliki truud, svakaa cast!!👍👍👍🔥🔥
Good job
It is pretty nice the way of making the air compressor tank, but I'm not sure if u just can make holes wherever you want on the tank, at high pressure i think it would be weak.
Amazing and insipring work. Great job. Cant wait to see it in action!!!
Odlican kao i ostali do sad 👍👍👍
Not only a great build but great camera work and editing. Good Job
10:58 wow blew my mind, such a simple yet highly effect way of holding a nut in hard to get areas. Gangster level engineer!
Ikr! The whole video was drilled with exceptionally creative concepts.. I was kinda scared about how he used a fuel tank tho
This is the thing with human ingenuity, we spend enough time swinging spanners and facing problems such as these we usually find our own solutions. I've been using the spanner or socket holding nut solution for decades and this video was the first time I've seen someone else use it. This is not something taught to me, I come up with it and I didn't realise it would be insightful to others. So you say 'Gangster level engineer!', well I'm an aircraft maintenance engineer however I don't see that as something special, my guess is you'd likely have special knowledge somewhere in your skillset that would be amazing to us too.
Excellent build. Well done.
QUE BUEN TRABAJO. UN SALUDO..
990L/1min 57sec= 507L/min 1min 57sec = ( 57sec/60sec= 0,95min) + 1min = 1,95min 990L/1,95min = 507,69L/min :) Nice build, keep it up :D
Correctly noted.
Bravo majstore
u r perfect man mr. PeChoO u r a genius man, my respect and appreciation🌹🌹🌹🌹🌹👍👍👍
Some say he welds on his sleep and just never stops welding till this day
I've had dreams were I'm welding @.@
He does make welding seem as easy as walking, an artist welder, real.
I'm absolutely super impressed with this build, I Love the detail and quality of the build. I think that's a beast of a compressor. Respect brother!! And because of this build I'm now subscribed to your channel and can't wait to watch all of your video's. Nice work.
That makes two of us!
Svaka cast👍👍👍
Ekstra je 👍
Alal ti vera brate, nesto najbolje do sad. Svaka cast 10+++
Great work just could have made a flange connection to join both tanks just for future maintenance. You skills are BadAss.
Um super like 🇧🇷
Very impressed You should be tig welding any air joints .
That was a cool build seems to be a powerful air compressor ...fast full up ....
Very intelligent use of cooling fans. Thanks fir sharing.
3:01 I knew it from their look that those are TNG,GAS or however u would call em ,tanks from cars, because to some peoples surprises ,in some countries (including ours,Serbia) plenty of cars are using this type of fuel instead of gasoline,it's way more cleaner ,both for the engine and our planet ,and plenty of cheaper too.I have 2 tanks from my old cars that i sold on scrapyard ,but i saved some parts from them, including these tanks, one is 80L and other 60 liters,i had exactly same idea to make my DIY air compressor ,and this video helped me much both in extra ideas and to speed them up,since i was delaying this for some time xd.
Well done !
Well done, sir. You're work is beyond reproach. I like your style.
Au brate opasan kompresor.Svaka čast 👍
wonderful solution to an expensive problem!
This is very beautiful! Thanks for the video!
It’s a beast . Thank you
super 2min , 8baru přesně to bych potřeboval . palec hore
My favorite part of this: Not a perfectionist. Use the tools you have, modify what you need, make unique parts to suit your needs instead of requiring specially made pieces, etc. This is exactly the way a DIYer would go about it. Excellent work and craftsmanship - but not to the crazy OCD lathe and machine shop unachievable build :) Thank you!
well done, a very cool idea 👍🏻, i do have one recomendation for you wich is replacing the 2 rubber inlet air pressing tubes with metal ones to overtake the huge pressure in tanks.
You should try a car airbox with its filter. Gas masks cartridges are not made for a high flow, and their lifespan is quite short,so you will reduce more and more your flow as they clog up. I think you would improve the flow.
I tested with gas mask filter and without filter the flow is the same, I'll see by the time it gets dirty.
Nice little paper towel trick!
Great build thanks
Excellent!! 👍
Thank you!
very talented. gotta see more of your work.
very soon :)
My brother IS Very good.top line
Tnx👨🏭
Wow amazing dear I like your unique and hard work
Wow Prefect,Danke für Video!
Very good ideas for the compressor, good job and quality of the video. Tank you very much. Félicitations.
How could ANYONE hate on any this mans work!?? Mind bottling!! 🤯 They are either mad they could never be that ingenuitive, or didn’t think of doing it themself(ves). Great content.
boggling.. 😆
beautiful build
Wow Awesome!
Nicely done. 630L/min = 22 CFM
Awesome build, that is a badass unit!!
Nice Job!!!
brilliant work
Parabéns fico top
Very interesting to watch. Now I know that as long as I have kitchen towel project is going to work.
LTH Škofja Loka!!!!! A ancient motor from my country. BTW, nice job! Great use of gas mask filters!
🇸🇮🇸🇮
From an idea to its realization! Great job! 🚀🚀🚀
You are so good at making things out of nothing!!! Keep up man, I am your new Subscriber
Dobar kompresor, svaka cast majstore👍💪💪💪😀
Nice idea,great logic
zajebista robota szacuneczek
Basic calculation but there is more depending on what size line you are using / output pressure....then there's condensing. There is a reason to get a proper one isn't cheap, but can be built cheap if time is taken. What blows my mind is how in the US you can buy 300L or larger pressure vessels for the price of what i pay to buy a 50L in NZ. Thanks for video :)
الكمبروسور بتاعي 100 لتر بياخد 7.35 دقيقة احسنت صنعا ماشاء الله hhhhh good man you have a new record in olimpic games 1.57 v.nice
I don't see any water drainage system on the compressors. very good job, but you made a time bomb. In my experience working with compressors, I think you don't have an idea of how they blow up and the damage that unrepairable can cause
great work
Awesome build!
Great build!!! Just wondering how the rubber hose held up to the heat from the compressor to the tank?
A little creative , thank you
Sir, I am keeping your build for future references and maybe a build? Great work.
Awesome video, great welding skills but I was expecting that you would use that one to sandblast itself instead of using an angle grinder to remove the paint and the rust, it would have been superb :)
Awesome job
Excellent !
OMG you buld a Monster😲
Größten Respekt sieht toll aus
very nice double decker compressor
Ray Titselaar Thank you mate
I’m not surprised by the quality of your work, they are all spectacular ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️, big and expensive companies no make money with you 👍⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Nice compressor, there are only few things to improve 1 - Metal pipes from the pumping units to the tank - rubber hoses could burst because of high temperature 2 - Replace the check valves with the ones specif for air compressors, which have a third connection for the pressure switch. This allow to empty the feeding line from the pumping unit, once the tank is full, avoiding any stress to the electric motor when it has to restart. 3 - The air filter - important - a simple paper filter (like the cars engines ones) is better for compressor because it has large flow rate and reduce the suction effort. The mask filters you used have a very low flow rate because they are for human breathing, and this surely reduce your compressor performances.
Very professional advices = Experienced designer
Great advice, but he did test without the filter and it flowed just as fast as with, so it doesn't seem to be restricting the flow any measurable amount. This is what he claims in another reply at least.
