Snippy? I'd say it's more general frustration. Biden's presidency has been strings of successes suddenly overshadowed by major events. He was on a hot streak, finally getting good things going, and they find those stupid documents. I'm sure he is so mad at himself for those documents, they are mostly old schedules and briefing papers that aren't important anyway, but they are a big distraction.

Bo matter how hard people try to blame Ohio on Biden, it was Trump who gave these railroad companies the green light to value profits over safety regulations that prevents these types of accidents. Soooo, he essentially rejected the 12-point Chinese proposal for ceasefire and peace talks in Ukraine with: “Putin’s applauding it so, how can it be any good?” (5’:35”). In other words, NATO would have only looked at a proposal rejected by Putin, revealing how deeply uninterested it is in any peace. No surprise given how it also blocked the April 22 peace efforts. NATO seems determined to turn this war into an existential dilemma for Russia, under a delusional conviction that such development would not lead to a nuclear war or that somehow such war would not impact them and their kin. Ha! The only remaining solution is for the people of the US and Russia to rise up from their lulled and fearful sleep, respectively, and remove from power their war hungry administrations.

The salient fact that it seems many don’t get about. Biden is that he’s actually extremely, quietly intellectual, like a university professor.
