The fact that Israel has committed a lot of wrongs doesn't justify what Hamas did on Oct 7. One can relate to how Hamas feels, and understand their actions, however. I don't support Israel nor Hamas. If the media could hold more than 1 thought in their head they would talk about Palestine, Sudan, The Congo and the millions of other atrocities being committed. When you trace the weapons used in these conflicts they trace back to the US government.
I don't know that we have to put one group's suffering over the other, but I certainly agree that Sudan needs and deserves attention. Any nation that claims to be humanitarian should care about the millions of displaced civilians starving and the thousands dying there in conflict between the SAF and RSF. The International Crisis Committee and BBC alone seem concerned.
