I bought a cheap Porsche 911 992 GT3 and attempted to rebuild it in 24 hours. Unfortunately i didnt quiet complete it. But today i plan to rebuild the full car and then modify it to beat a Lamborghnini Huracan Performante

they could always get s universal ECU albeit more expensive than a porsche ready ECU its universal so it can be tuned to match if not exceed the cars needs

Mat's driving is pretty underrated, his car control instincts are quite impressive. This GT3 is nasty, the sound that comes out of it is glorious.

Mat, your content just keeps getting better! Easily my favorite channel these days. Did want to mention, though, since I haven't seen anyone else address it, the chassis dynos generally measure wheel horsepower. That number will tend to be 10-20% lower than bhp due to drivetrain losses.
Hi Matt. I wanted to say a heartfelt Thank You for the videos and content you put out. I'm in Ontario Canada and watch your videos on a regular basis. There are a couple reasons I watch. Firstly you're absolutely hilarious and incredibly fun to watch. I love seeing the relationship you have with your Dad as well. The main reason I watch is due to severe depression and anxiety. I can only watch positive shows or videos and your videos are way up there. Your content gives me a much needed break from my own mind. I can sit back and just enjoy the time spent watching. I appreciate what you do for me, the happiness I experience while watching you work with your Dad and the laughs you have together. It's damn near therapy and it's free. The Lambo was always going to be faster in those conditions as it has an inherent advantage by having 4wd, so in damp conditions it can put its power down more easily. However I think it would be interesting to do a re-race in dry conditions as I think it would be a lot closer!

I think the Porsche would be quicker in the right antennas bits in the dry and the Lambo quicker in the wider and more open sections.
But this is in the UK, where it's raining day in and day out, so...

i would say the lamborghini would still win on dry conditions
Dont think so, the lambo got better traction on every acceleration (from the line and also out of the corners) due to awd. Would be a different story in the dry as the Porsche is quicker in the corners.@@OhKrqn

Rusted exhaust bolts on a 1yr old car makes me feel a bit better. When I put the JCR titanium side silencer delete on my (2007) 997 GT3, I got nearly the whole job done, on axle stands, in my garage, with a mate helping, but there were about 3 bolts rusted solid. Ended up having to put it all back together and take it to my local, friendly MOT garage. They used some of those fancy induction heating coil tools to get the bolts undone. Was pretty impressive.

Totally agree! Those wheels are gorgeous!! I don't know if they make powder coat in that colour, but I'd love to have some rims done like that. But powder coating less expensive rims is more our budget on our channel haha

This is my local track I've go karted around this track for over 10 years it's totally a different track in the dry like night and day different the surface is gash but that's what makes tracks different glad the boys enjoyed just as much as we did watching keep it up mat and the boys 🎉

Go back to that track on a dry day! Would probably be a closer race. Most of the time was lost right at the start. Performante is nasty tho, those things are so quick. I'm just happy to see you enjoying the GT3 either way.

Not a surprising result considering AWD vs RWD on a damp track. Bet they'd be much closer on a dry, sticky surface. Both of those cars look and sound so good 🤤
I went back to this video because they keep talking about this results without mentioning that track was wet and rwd vs awd makes even more difference here.
