I was focus on the side of D'jeeco and Jabali, I had no idea why D'jeeco was angry with Tayari. According other visitors' view, D'jeeco seemed to misunderstand that Iriki and Tayari fought for food. No matter what happened, Jabali and Ringo fortunately did not get hurt.

D'jeeco seemed to misunderstand that Iriki and Tayari fought for food. No matter what happened, Jabali and Ringo fortunately did not get hurt. 當時在攝影D'jeeco跟Jabali, 並沒注意Iriki跟Tayari發生甚麼事. 根據其他遊客的說法 他們嬉戲的成分多於吵架. D'jeeco誤解他們在爭食才衝過去壓制Tayari. 幸好兩隻金剛寶寶都沒受傷

Yes! That's my girl. Not timid when she feels she was wronged. I think DJ "misunderstood".......again. He needs to get his sense of humor and calmness back. Maybe more meditation and yoga would help.

It's so cute when Dj grabs ahold of Tay (usually Tay) and bites her fur, shakes his whole body to get his point across.
Sometimes he goes too far and bullies poor Iriki. I've seen him pick her up by her hide with his teeth. Her skin is tough but she's so docile it's hard to watch. Tayari usually deserves it lol.
I know the zookeepers do an excellent job at Taipei but Tayari and Iriki looked so much healthier back then. Their hips and legs looked more fit. Iriki's hips/legs are so boney now. Just an observation as a student of these wonderful creatures.
Love when the girls rounded him up like a pair of footy player's and D'jeeco looked over his shoulder and reversed back lol 🤣 He did give her a good ole 360 degree shakin !!
D'jeeco knows something the camera didn't see. So, I'll withhold judgement. As long as D'jeeco keeps his offspring safe.

I like how even though Iriki and Tayari have their moments of strife, when one of them is ticked off with D’jeeco, they hand together to give him what for, and he actually feels the need to run away! 😂❤
As far as I know this is fairy normal. Animals have conflicts and misunderstandings sometimes. Remember they do not have language to clear the misunderstandings. It is D'jeeco's job to solve conflicts between family members and discipline them when he thinks it's necessary. Even calm and gentle silverback will do it sometimes. 🦍😔The girls obviously thought that his intervention was not needed or at least that he went overboard and they decide to signal it to to him.😠 I don't think they intended to fight him, just make the point clear. And it does not seem like anyone is actually hurt, not even Tayari, who was disciplined by D'jeeco. 🙂 Gorillas are animals that are very prone to stress. There may be some external, environmental factor that made D'jeeco more irritable lately. You are right spot on. D’Jeeco was doing his job protecting his babies and disciplining wives when he needs to.
When Iriki and Tayari fight or play fight Djeeco may see that he needs to break it up or defend Ringo who is in the middle of it. Silverback will always take the side of the youngest in the fight to defend them.

Apparently a silverback running away is not through fear,it suppose to be a sign of leadership. He let's them chase to calm them. They run out of steam eventually. D'J is a peaceful,kind and loving silverback, we cannot judge what we didn't see.
Probably thought Tayari was taking things too far again. He really gave her a good shaking tho! And little Jabali running to mom! Also that little deer was running for his life!
D'jeeco thought something happened that he need to step in, but he misunderstood. T and J were just playing as usual, and it was just a very short time then D'jeeco jumped in. That's why T got so angry because she thought D'jeeco was unfair to her.
Aww I hope no one got hurt it was scary to watch but I think is all good now 😊

D’jeeco seen the female’s playing or fighting again I seen one of them back off when she seen him running at them… but to me D’jeeco is more protective of Ringo then he was over Jabali and always jumping on Tayari

Prior to Ringo's birth, Tayari didn't challenge Iriki as much as she does now T with baby was assured of the alpha female position. Now that iriki has a baby, Tayari seems much more threatened. Ergo, more fights or playtime that gets out of hand. When Tayari gets aggressive with Iriki, D'jeeco also gets mad because he sees the smallest and most vulnerable (Ringo) member of the troop in danger. And in gorilla world, that is alarming for the silverback. I'm glad I saw this video!
Wow, confused me! 😂 What was D'jeeco doing to Tayari? Sometimes they are so loving, sometimes so much action!😂😂 This merry family is even much more human liked then the other i saw😁😁😁.
D'jeeco misunderstood Tayari took Iriki's food. D'jeeco ran to "hit" Tayari. Actually, Tayari did not take Iriki's food, so Tayari mad with D'jeeco and started to chase to D'jeeco.

At 0:03-0:05 D'jeeco saw something happening between Tayari and Iriki. Something he felt the need to intervene in. The camera isn't showing it, but something was happening. I don't think he would have went after a female gorilla in his troup for no reason. At 0:11-0:12, it looks like Tayari was on Iriki and Ringo again. (It's hard to spot, but it's there. Real fast, you see Iriki jump back when D'jeeco jumped in.) I wish the camera would show it to us. Something moved D'jeeco to act. But one thing is for sure, he disciplined the wrong one lol. Tayari wasn't having it.
I believe they do have language. We humans just don't understand it enough. We rely so much on spoken and written communication, but thay seem to say so much through eye contact. And when they avoid eye contact it appears to be a message. We do find so much joy in watching these beautiful creatures don't we.
I wish it were possible to learn their language. So much trouble between us could be avoided.
No wonder the Creator gave them such powerful grips by design... the babies have to hang on for dear life.... lol.
I know, I know. Absolutely amazing that the babies can hang on even when only days old. The Great Creator is so good! When I can no longer watch the hate in the world I turn to Elephants, Gorillas, and Orangutans to bring me joy and make me smile!
I think things have been building up for a while now with Tay and things are coming to a head. DJeeco is usually very gentle, so something is going on that we can’t see. I hope it’s sorted now 💙❤️🩹💙

3:14T去遞橄欖枝🤣 感覺D很了解成員的性格和現況，看影片他比較容易對T齜牙，T則是很鬧很皮，I默默守護自己寶寶，D會在任何他認為有必要處理糾紛維持重整秩序時介入，看起來很孤僻的D其實一直在關心家庭狀況，也不允許T太猖狂而使I和小林果受到傷害，是很講道理的好猩猩。T大概覺得自己沒有惡意被教訓感到很難受所以追著D，可出場後又主動求和了🤣

I think that it was good that the two girls went on the defense. Just like Nene and Ai and the whole family go after Shabani in Japan when he acts up😅 However a female on her own is no match for a Silverback. I hope Tayari wasn't too wounded, Djeeco did rough her up a little too strongly! Zookeeper, please let us know?

發生什麼事，迪亞哥太壞了啦，為什麼欺負我們的Tayari,，看了好難過，從沒看過Tayari這麼大張牙追迪亞哥，看來Tayari非常的難受😣。
Tayari的反應跟上次理虧被修理很不一樣，這次她有種大爆發的感覺，可愛貼心的小J還是立刻跑過去陪著媽媽❤️無論如何希望Tayari沒受傷🙁

Probably wasn’t nice of me, but all his jiggling made me laugh. And not knowing what preceded it, I found I’m just as changeable as Iriki, suddenly aligning with Tay, gooooo girl! Her screaming growl was audible over the music. And the spot on her right side where it looked like he gave her a good bite was gone later when they came out again-maybe just saliva, all dried up. Perhaps the furious shaking, like a Raggedy Ann doll, is the essence of it? Scare the beejeesus out of her. Didn’t exactly work! Their family dynamics are fascinating.
I think it’s just a show of aggression and strength…more for intimidation. D’Jeeco won’t hurt any member of his troop. Silverbacks are mostly gentle giants of the Great Apes. They intimidate with their size. Tayari was not hurt in the least, except maybe a bruised ego/pride.

@@MySkinnydip He shook her up pretty bad the other day when the scuffle between her and Iriki went too far. D'jeeco felt she was putting baby Ringo in jeopardy and came to rescue Iriki. It frighten and embarrassed Tayari to her core. She stayed to herself and looked puzzled. Don't play wirh daddy!🦍
🤔 重看多次也找不到Tayari到底有什麼問題，唯一是她好像在石上找到什麼食物因此令迪亞哥不滿，J寶貝也好乖乖距離這麼遠都出力跑去應援阿母👍

看了很多次有兩個亮點、一個是迪亞哥剛剛抓到Tayari的時候要咬Tayari菜菜還在口中咬了之後又放開把嘴巴了的菜吐掉再繼續咬！ 第二是1:49秒的時候Tayari屁屁發射了一顆屎蛋！哈哈

It was not with Iriki .It was with Tayary . DJ dosent like the rejection , mistreat ,lack of affection that Tayari displays constantly against her adorable son Jabali ; he is fed up of watching Tayari push him away when Little Jabali wants to milk . You can see that DJ has feelings for his son .

Stop putting human emotions in the situation. Jabali is getting bigger & is very independent. Tayari was raised very similarly if you have ever seen old videos. And she’s young. D’Jeeco was disciplining her over something else. Probably food related.
@@armpitification thanks, because I seen Gy the mother of Tay when she was young . Raised the same way. Taytay mom just had a baby boy and he is loved and taken care of by all of the females in the troop. Gy carries him the same way Taytay does J. She is weaning him so she only feeds him at night mostly. He is almost 2 so this is when the weaning starts.

D’Jeeco did what all silverbacks do. It’s normal gorilla behavior. Tayari was not hurt other than maybe her ego/pride. Tayari and Iriki sometimes get rough in their play. D’Jeeco was just protecting his offspring.

I think this was over food. I have seen Momotaro go after Gentaro over food Gentaro took that Momo had his eye on. All females seem to go after the Silverback together. Strength in numbers maybe?

0:07 🤔 Well we don't see exactly what Tayari did, but she did something. We only see big daddy Jeec charging at her. D'Jeeco doesn't charge unless it's for a reason. So he gives her a good scolding. He did not at all harm her, but did just enough shaking, 0:45 and 🤣 some proper fierce 🔥 twerking to get her really mad. Then the chase was on. Poor Jeec running for his dear beloved life from both sisters. 😆 Oh dear. 1:50 🤭 Jeec gets cornered by his lovely scorned wives. 2:35 All has calmed down as usual when they go inside. Whew! Looking back now,I bet Tay could of caught DJ if Jabali wasn’t underneath her! She’s such a petite gorilla but you don’t want to make her or Iriki mad!
Tayari's fight back and her sister Iriki was fighting with or for Tayari also. Tayari never helped Iriki abd eventually Iriki stopped trying to help Tayari in anyway.
You as a camera man should give us a context of this situation, at least a minute before what you show, because we don't understand what is happening.

Thank you for the video. I do remember viewing this video. I read one of comments about why Tayari's behavior should be of safety concern for Iriki and son Ringo. The higher female in the troupe will exhibit aggressive behavior towards the lower female or females in the group to sending a message she will be the breeder for the sliver back. That high ranking female will kill the baby of the lower ranking female. This. Concerning to me. I've commented on Tayari's aggressive behavior towards Iriki and Ringo. The few times Tayari got a hold of Ringo and tried to run from Iriki and wouldn't give Ringo back to Iriki. Now it's clear to me what she was trying to do. D'eejco sees and knows what Tayari is capable of doing if she gets a hold of Ringo and runs off with him. D'jeeco and Tayari are on alert for Tayari's facts. I hope the zoo staff will giving hormone pills to curve Tayari"s aggressive behavior. After reading what some high ranking females are capable of doing to a baby of a lower ranking female is frightening. I hope the zoo staff are paying close attention to Tayari and what she is up to.

The females always chase the silverback until he stops running, then they quickly sit down and shut up. However if you slow down the video you can see tayari is clearly messing with iriki.
I’m so mad on Djeeco, I hope those two will beat them soon.
This must have been filmed from another angle because Tryai started playing fighting with Iriki but Tyrai took it to far that’s why D’Jenco had to step in , but Tyrai has been bothering Iriki since she had Ringo she’s been pulling hair out on her arm because she’s stressed out. I don’t trust Tyari and the sliver back is making sur she knows her place he has too make sure his troop is safe from inside and outside.
That’s not true. Iriki has had bald patches for a long time. I remember seeing before Ringo was born. There were videos filmed when the two sisters were first introduced to D’jeeco were they were both cover with bite marks from him.
Iriki pulls her hair and has done the same thing to D’Jeeco. Your blaming the wrong one.
