I have to say it was the best 5 minutes sleep I’ve ever had. I don’t fear death as I had a near death experience and it was beautifully peaceful. My revival and awakening were painful. Six months later I’m still in recovery but making good progress.

    • @@Xheasor let me try one last time so you will have understanding . When one is a baby in the womb ,the baby has awareness ,psychiatrists would call this the unconscious mind . Fair enough .Then after birth and for a little while after it is the same unconscious mind thats in operation . Now slowly the baby begins to hear the mother talking and in order to grapple with this the baby must learn . This new learning brings forth a new mind and the unconscious mind fades away .lt is the same, you ,of course but now one begins to talk to oneself ,so much so that you have forgotten that you had an unconscios mind at all ,for now your mind is the conscious mind . When you sleep the mind goes back again to what it was the unconscious mind .Thats it . Lets hope that that makes sense . If you see a flaw in this thinking let me know , but bear in mind that this is what they teach to the Oxford graduates and this is how they talk about and differentiate the 2 minds, the unconscious mind and the conscious mind .

    • @@ShEDDiNgmYSkiN This is what l believe and know . The Power that sustains Man comes from outside ourself , it strikes us every moment of our lives . This we call Will or lntent or Power or Awareness and it is the consciousness of GOD .This Power is exactly the same Power that is inside ourself ,our consciousness . It can be said that the entire consciousness of Mankind is a unit and does function as a unit but it is also the case that what we may call the collective unconscious is also a unit and can function as a unit . We call the unconscious mind the 2nd attention ,as we call the conscious mind the 1st attention . These are 2 different typesof awareness but it is you who is experiencing both ,i.e. something inside of you is moving from the 1st attention to the 2nd attention .That something is called the Assemblage Point 💚

It is like i am still awake up to and sometimes after i fall completely to sleep. When i dream i always know it is a dream and that i am asleep. Always aware of it. Most of the time i can control events in my dreams ,and even stop that dream and go into a different dream. can teleport in dreams. Jump for several miles and land without harm. • Interesting video. Pertaining to our being conscious, subconscious & super conscious. When we fall asleep we are in the subconscious & we Design the Dream Sequence : A one minute of 4 dreams lasting 15 seconds per dream. The 3rd_ dream is real & serves many functions, mainly Astral Travel / Astro Projection. The 4th_ dream is absurd to ensure that our conscious will pay attention to it & wake up. Once the Dream Sequence is Designed we wait to initiate it. The delta cycle is the best for healing where the brain cycles 10 1/2 cycles per second is optimum.

We need to sleep because world created by our ego is flawed and our body which is mechanism of universe reception is flawed too. We can tire, so we need sleep. World is dream too. So we sleep within sleep actually. Sleep will be removed when we will stop identify with our bodies.

The road of society as been locked in a historic rush hour, crowded and stored forever, as the good also the bad. - From this perspective, even if you believe in reincarnation for example, i guess its hard to really reset to a actually 'Brand new bright day'.

  • Sleep is so that they can reset the program. When you go to sleep the program can purge itself. So when you awake, the system is fresh and you can do it again, without all the cookies and searches bogging us down.

  • I hate to dream! It brings me back all the bad decisions into my mind! That's why I just want to sleep, totally unconsciously, once my brain becomes active in the background starting to dream and to make plans and so on, i just bounce on my feet i look for something to do... I cannot stand my inner thoughts!
