Bugatti Chiron vs Autobahn - Top Speed TEST
It is July 2021, and it's been six years since our last trip to the Autobahn near Wittenberg, Germany. We have been to this city a few times, to remind us of the great reformer - Martin Luther. We are thankful for his hunger for Truth, his obedience to the Word of God, rather than the traditions of man and his courage to stand up to tyranny and oppression, even if it would cost him his life. We recommend the book Great Controversy, where this history is explained and reveals what is happening in our time today and where we are heading.
After our trip, on Sunday morning, we performed a speed test, but this time with the Bugatti Chiron. We also tested the Porsche 911 Turbo, Lamborghini Aventador and the Bentley Flying Spur. (Those cars might be in a different video).
The section of the A2 was a 3 lane, 10 km straightaway with a light descent in the middle, so there was visibility along the whole stretch. Safety was a priority, so the circumstances had to be safe to go.
We thank God for the safety and good circumstances, as we were able to reach the speed of 414 km/h!
We hope you enjoy the video and yes, we made this video for you to feel the excitement in the Chiron, but also to consider a relationship with Jesus, who brings true love, joy and hope to anybody who comes to Him.

At 300 km/h the gyroscopic effect is so large, there is no problem at taking the hands off the wheel, because the car will keep going straight forward.

As a citizen who lives in a country plagued with terrible accidents and reckless driving, I commend you for taking every precaution possible for this run. Your timing was right and there isnt a hint of recklessness in this video. The first sign of your utmost responsibility was evident when waiting for the bend to end before opening her up. A man cant be criticized for driving at high speed on a road with no speed limits set while taking every precaution possible. If I could ever afford such a vehicle I will follow your example. 15 years ago I had a very fast car, I accelerated it up to 270 km / h on an empty highway, I was in the left lane, I saw a car in the right lane, without any other car, I was passing it was a simple smart, suddenly it moved for no reason in front of my car, luckily I was able to brake, with all the force that the brakes and tires of my car had and to avoid an accident, I stopped immediately after, the tires of my car they were smoking, I could see the steam rising up the hood, the smart one only went 120km / h, the speed difference was 150km / h could have killed us. Some speeds can be reached but only in particular situations, nobody can be trusted and they can be blamed. There are circuits or airports for some things, create a circuit long enough to run with cars even at 1000km / h, but on the road keep in mind that 1 person is worth 1.

Paráda! Jsem rád, že ještě existují lidé, co tahle hypersportovní auta dokáží užívat k tomu, k čemu byly stvořena. Dosahování vysokých rychlostí. A ne je jen nechat leštit v ohromných skrytých garážích a najezdit s tím většinu kilometrů jen mezi garáží a odtahovkou do servisu na pravidelnou prohlídku. Chápu, že ta "sranda" používat tato auta něco stojí, ale lepší si užít tu zábavu s nimi, než kupovat další a další.

Well, when this Bugatti goes at 250km/h, it just a little bit above the half of the maximum speed it can go... So the car and the steering wheel are very still and comfortable!

Good that they prayed before this attempt, since its suicidal madness to attempt 414 kph on a public highway. Someone 500 meters in front of you can easily turn into your lane not realizing that within seconds you will be on top of them.

The thing with transport is the surrounding road infrastructure and what you would exclude from the roads fielding such cars as a routine. You would probably have to have some form of signalling and advance warning devices similar to HST signalling. The cars themselves would definitely have to be tested thoroughly regarding brakes, tyres, suspension etc. and good luck getting to do this with bog standard licence or driver health. you would have to adopt aviation standards of personnel health and vehicle condition to pull this stuff off.

(by Radim's video team) For those that say it was irresponsible and dangerous: 4:50am on Sunday 10 cars per 10km so 1 car per 1 km Good visibility is about 3-4km straight ahead so there is enough time to react. The Chiron can brake from 400 to 0 in 9 sec. within 490m. All cars are in the far right lane. There was an earlier drive through the section to make sure there is nothing on the road. There is a fence along the whole stretch of the highway, so no animals can interfere. 3 people were spotting on 3 bridges for maximum safety. If you still think it’s irresponsible and dangerous, well, we respect your personal opinion. What did the guy in the Porsche feel like when he was overtaken at 417? Here is his testimony, as he was another spotter to make sure everything was safe: As I drove the yellow Porsche 911 Turbo S at over 200 km / h, I absolutely didn't understand how the car could overtake me so fast. The moment the Bugatti passed me, was absolutely stunning. It was like a fighter jet flew by. The speed and roar of the engine cannot be forgotten. Absolutely amazing experience. CR Why did you have a racing suit? When we purchased the Veyron and had a chance to test it on the VW track, it was provided for us and we were told that anytime we go over 400, we should wear it, so I did so. Also it is very comfortable to drive in. Why did we pray? Impressive speed, but it takes you almost half a kilometer to stop. I wouldn't want to be passing anybody else within a hundred feet of me at those speeds, let alone just a couple lanes over. Not surprised the German authorities are looking at putting the kabash on it.

To put this into perspective, it's double freefall velocity and four times the maximum speed limit on any road on the island I live on. Cool video, thank you for it and for doing it in as responsible and legal a way possible. The Chiron is a landmark car for the whole automotive industry, if I could I would.

Imagine making an entire video to risk it all bringing such a fantastic machine to it's limits only to be replaced by bad camera angles and squeaking sound effects and a camera of the speedometer covering up all of the noises of the engine going there with him and wasting all of our time. Thanks
