I think it's because it feels even richer when I add strawberries in a puree state.
(For strawberry puree, add 10-15% of the weight of the strawberry and boil it.
It should be boiled less than jam, and after boiling, filter the seeds.)

Strawberries are freeze-dried, so even very young children can eat them.

30 g vegetable oil ( 2 Tbsp + 2 tsp )
30g strawberry puree ( 2 Tbsp )
60g milk ( 4 Tbsp )
70g cake flour ( 1/3 cup + 2 Tbsp + 1 tsp )
20g Strawberry Powder ( 3 Tbsp )
( Strawberry freeze-dried and pulverized / Strawberry 100%)
4 egg whites
65g sugar ( 1/3 cup )
Food coloring (optional)

95g cream cheese ( 1/3 cup + 2 Tbsp)
10g sweetened condensed milk ( 2 tsp )
30 g sugar ( 2 Tbsp +1 tsp )
4 g gelatin ( 1 tsp )
70g strawberry puree ( 4 Tbsp + 2 tsp )
200g heavy cream (3/4 cup + 1 Tbsp + 1 tsp )
Food coloring (optional)
● Strawberry Syrup
30 g water (2 Tbsp)
20 g sugar ( 1 Tbsp + 2 tsp )
2.5ml strawberry liqueur (1/2 tsp)

100g starch syrup ( 1/4 cup + 2 tsp )
