Doing this every day for 8 weeks. I will keep you updated💪 Week 1: ✅ Day 1: ✔Dead, sweating, and can't feel anything. Barely did it was super hard by 2nd set, but just pushed and finished Day 2: ✔ In pain and tired, but it was a little easier, and some workouts were easier to do. Felt good / better afterward Day 3: ✔ Exhausted but finished, losing motivation, tho but also feeling a little better about my body Day 4:✔ Had no motivation but pushed myself to do it. My body hurt bad, and i felt super sweaty Day 5:❌ No motivation, lol Day 6:✔ Sweating. Don't skip a day. It gets tiring again 💀 No matter how tired or no motivation, just keep going and force yourself. This is when discipline comes in. Just remember why you are working for this and how you feel / look after this. You will thank yourself later Day 7: ✔Much better than yesterday Week 2: ✅ Day 8: ✔ Day 9: ✔ Day 10:✔ Day 11:❌Personal issue that destroyed me, lol. Will do it tomorrow Day 12:✔ Day 13:✔ Day 14:✔ Guys, the results look good, Noticing the waist and butt... not so much on butt. But I'm starting to see results Week 3: ✅ Day 15:✔I signed up on her website. There are challenges on there (hour glass figure in 25 days, get abs in 18 days, etc), and it's like courses. You can post imagines of your journey and give tips for others, etc. I started using the Hour Glass workout for 25 days. And I will carry on till I see a clear hourglass figure. I'm doing this workout video every evening. You guys should really join the website. it's nice and safe Day 16:✔ Day 17:✔ Day 18:✔Starting to see results, the waist and butt are slowly showing Day 19:✔ Day 20:✔ Day 21:✔Losing motivation the past few days, but i'm staying strong and doing this Week 4: ✅ Day 22:✔ Day 23:✔ Day 24:✔Way easier than from day . I used to wear baggy clothes or hoodies in summer because I had low self-esteem. Now I'm wearing summer clothes with no problem. Guys, it really pays off. About a week left, going strong now. But keep going luvs, it's not impossible. I learned a lot of discipline from this. There were days I had so many issues / problems and days I had no motivation, I know exactly how it feels. I struggled with depression, anxiety, low self-esteem, etc. because of a situationship (a guy I never dated, but we both were in love💀) and other reasons. But I pushed, and I'm starting to feel better about myself. I find working out really helps to clear the mind and feel happier. But push, really think of after effects. Dream body? Dream goals? Healthy body? Healthy mindset? At least you are starting somewhere. Get your life together! Get healthier, heal, and force yourself to do things, even with no motivation. So I have not measured the circumference of the thighs and I can not tell you exactly whether they are thinner. But at first glance they look much better than they were before. It's been 2 years of not working out with Chloe! I can say that this work out is really effective, YES seriously it made my body look amazing and then I got pregnant and gave birth to my daughter via caesarian section so I can't work out yet. i was working out everyday for 3 weeks, then had surgery so couldn’t workout for 10 days. after my surgery, i lost all motivation to work out and had stopped until today. The good thing about workouts is they let you know what parts of your body are stronger and weaker. Some exercises may kill you and others you won’t feel anything. It just lets you know what parts of your body are already strong and don’t need to be as worked out

@@emilynunez7209 i used to have the same problem. For me i try to squeeze my abs real tight and then lift my self up, and try to relax your shoulder more. Hope that might help

Idk My name think of it as instead of like reaching for something with your arms and/or neck, moving your entire upper body. i learned this w sit ups - move your chest towards your knees rather than your neck

@@nereidanohemisanchez2254 no reduce, lo que reduce es el no comer bien o el hacer dieta cuando estas en pleno desarrollo. Este tipo ejercicio no hace que se reduzca la nalga

Haven't updated this list yet but, I'm seeing results for sure. One side of my body has more curve than the other before the workouts, and after some days I'm starting to see my other side start to curve! Its been like that for a few years now, and this workout really gives me more hope! I'm going to try and do this everyday for a month and record my progress here. Day 1 Measurements Waist - 27.5in/ 70cm Hips - 38in/ 96.5cm Left Thigh - 21.5in/ 54.5cm Right Thigh - 21.7in/ 55cm DAY 1 -✅ My stomach burns so bad but I managed to do the whole thing without taking breaks. DAY 2 - ✅ Was so unmotivated but still managed to get through the whole workout. DAY 3 - ✅DID IT, Was tired but we did it DAY 4 - ✅On my cycle so only did half of this and half of Daisy Keech's cinch waist workout DAY 5 - ❌ Have loads of homework so not today 🥲 DAY 6 - ✅ Did most of the workout so I'm proud, seeing resultss DAY 7 - ❌Was very late so didn't get a chance to UPDATE: Waist - 26.5in/ 69cm Hips - 38.5in/ 97cm Left Thigh - 21.5in/ 55.5cm Right Thigh - 22in/ 56cm DAY 8 - ✅Did 3 different workouts today because I was feeling so determined idek why. This workout doesn't burn as bad anymore and seeing results. I did two side glute workouts so I could really get the hourglass figure I'm looking for. @@ximenavasquez6319 This workout definitely works and gives you an hourglass figure. On some days you'll be motivated on on others you won't and that's fine. Always have a positive mindset. This workout gets easier the more you do it.

im gonna track my progress and also this will hopefully keep my motivated and like this to remind me to do it lol cause i hate when i find a workout and there’s no reviews so i don’t know whether it’s worth it or not so i hope this helps! day 1- felt like i was going to die and struggled with the side planks but feel good overall day 2 - felt abit easier and did some of them with the resistance bands day 3 - starting to get easy but some are still quite hard. already seeing a tiny difference too ( and actually quite liked working out today for once so that’s good ) day 4 - getting easy and see a tiny difference too day 5 - i didn’t have time to do it day 6 - felt so ill day 7 - felt ill again but hoping to get back on track tomorrow day 8 - didn’t have time day 9 - did it and feel like i’m dying since i missed a few days day 10 - did it and starting to see and feel a difference so it’s definitely working day 11 - was very hard today but did it day 12 - didn’t do it day 13 - did ittt day 14 - did ittt don’t see too much of a difference from day 1 but i have missed a few days so hoping from yesterday kinda started a diet and hopefully doing it every day should help!! day 15 - had a really good workout today compared to yesterday were i felt like i wasn’t sweating at all day 16 - did it and feel it getting abit easier day 17 - did it day 18 - did it and my core and legs are on fire day 19 - did itt day 20 - did itt day 21 - did itt ( feeling it get slightly easier and i’m seeing some differences day 22 - did it and seeing a difference, definitely seeing my stomach being flatter. it seems as i get sweatier as the days go on but hopefully that’s a good sign ?? and hopefully i can keep at it as it’s obviously christmas soon so let’s hope i manage to keep motivated!! day 23 - did it and feel like i’m dyinggg day 24 - did it and my legs = dead, but defo seeing a different in my stomach and waist so the hard work is defo paying off day 25 - did it and seeing a difference now but my legs and core are on fire day 26 - christmas day!! forced myself to do it but proud of myself that i did, definitely feel like it’s getting easier tho day 27 - boxing day!! did it an hour after eating a lot so felt abit sick during the workout but still did it all and it’s slowly getting easier!! day 28 - did it quite late but still did it day 29 - did it and feel the workout getting easier still not seeing a really big difference but there is a small one :) proud of myself for doing it for this long ahah day 30 - did it and my legs are on fire day 31 - new year’s eve!! did it right after i got out of bed but i’d hadn’t eaten or drank so felt abit sick oops day 32 - 1st day of 2023 did it and seeing a difference now in my waist!! day 33 - did it and my core is on fire day 34 - did itt day 35 - did it and seeing a difference in my waist and stomach day 36 - did it!! day 37 - did it and seeing such a difference now!! so super happy day 38 - lacked any sort of motivation to do it but still did it and feel like i’m dying day 39 - did ittt day 40!! - did ittt had my first day of school back from christmas break so hopefully i can still find time to do it day 41 - did it going on a run tomorrow so hopefully i have time to do it still day 42- didn’t end up doing the run but i did do the workout!! day 43 - did it day 44 - did it and feeling it getting easier day 45 - did it and did a pilates workout after :) day 46 - did it but my legs were dead after yesterday so i might introduce rest days day 47 - rest day day 48 - did it and i think sadly this will be my last day doing it as i want to try out some others. if you are wondering whether it’s worth it or not i haven’t seen massive difference only some small changes but i think if you stuck at it longer than me then you would. i just want to go and do different ones as i’ve done this one what feels like forever now and i’m not really enjoying it. i’ll let you know if i ever come back to do it and i was let you know my progress with others. thank you :) 17/1/23

How is it going?? Is there a big difference
Day 1 : I am pretty much out of shape, It’s hard for me especially the side planks. I have taken number of breaks and longer breaks between different sets. DONE ✅ Day 2: Did only first set (something is better than nothing) Day 3: Did only second and third sets. (Definitely better than yesterday) Day 4: Did all the sets but took longer breaks in between the sets, was not as difficult as the first day Done ✅☺️ Keep motivating yourself to do it even if you can’t complete it fully, you ll get there :)

Doing this till i loose belly fat. I'll keep updating. Starting weight 150 lbs ~5'5 13 yrs. Day 1:It was easy for most part. Took breaks in between and had to stop for water. Arms were hurting around halfway through. Only thing i really struggled to complete was the Side plank crunch!🙈 Edit: did it twice but quickly got bored im on another program noww😭 But I did still stay consistent working out everyday of new yrs. (Except yesterday)

Still struggling with side planks lol. Remember to take as many rests as you need to. And to stretch thoroughly before exercising.
