刀子是不是有點鈍?切的人手不酸嗎?為了手的健康,刀用好一點吧!
刀子確實不利,由影片開始那把圓弧片刀看不到一刀下去的俐落,甚至當剁刀用,另外兩把使用也差不多。可見對自己的生財工具不敬,經手再珍貴的食材都可惜。
