Poles is a different cat than we’ve ever seen in Chicago and he has made some massive moves that are starting to pay off. If Caleb hits the sleeping giant will be back in business in the NFL. John Madden said it best “the NFL is a better place when the Chicago Bears are good” 🐻🔽
As a Chiefs fan I agree you’re the 4th biggest market in the country, have the history, and I might be in the minority but I love the look of Soldier Field.

Best Bears GM since the legendary Jim Finks, who was the key architect for putting together the Bears SB winning team way back in the day. That's an almost 40 year stretch. VERY happy with Poles as our GM.

Wish you the best too. Hope it goes better with Fields than it did with our last hand me down QB. I've always been a fan of the Steelers from afar. Still feel bad for 2017. Took the #1 seed away from you, Patriots ended up with it, you guys were looking past the Jags at the Patriots game and got beat in the divisional round. That year we beat the Lions once, swept the AFC North, and lost every other game of the season.
Best believe a lot of us Bears fans are going to be tuning in to Steelers games when Justin plays. Glad he went to the AFC so I can have a 2nd favorite team lol.

Masterful work by Poles. Has to be the best McCaskey hire of all time if Caleb is what everyone thinks he is. 100% trust whatever he does at 9. Can't wait for this upcoming Bears season.
Was a finalist for the Minnesota job as well. I think that’s why McCaskey pounced quickly, picked up Poles from the airport and hires him. Mensah seems like he’s doing an ok job with Vikings, but I like Poles’ long range vision a bit more.

We don't have a single good team in the city right now and it blows. Cubs and Bulls are mid af. Sox and Hawks are worst in their sport. It's so much more electric when we have a real team playing well. Hopefully the Bears can make a playoff run. As long as Caleb isn't a disaster they should be a 10+ win team.
In the next 3-5 years if stuff goes to plan the bears and hawks are gonna be a force to be reckoned with!

Ryan Poles has been a phenomenal GM and a true blessing to The Bears Franchise and City of Chicago!
I won’t say he’s phenomenal until the winning seasons start stacking.
@@jasonjones2176 I understand the hesitation to make that level of statement. I am very optimistic though because what Poles inherited and how he has cleaned it up while watching the franchise make strides from his first season as GM to the 2nd year was very promising. The Bears were on the brink of making the playoffs in year 2. Sure that was with JF1 who is now in Steel Town, but the roster is in even better shape with the FA moves and restructuring of the offensive staff. So based on all that, Poles has been phenomenal IMO.
If somehow the Bears make it to the NFC championship or dare, I say the Super Bowl we should have a 30 for 30 show done on Ryan Poles

@@Ben89420 I went to lambo for the first time last year during the pats pre season game. Title town was amazing in comparison to the Bears current pregame areas of activity, I was impressed. I went to that game hoping Love would be mid. I left satisfied… then came week 1
@@LordJove312love had some decent stats. He had some nice young recievers and good protection too. Played pretty well and managed the game. But I'm not hype on him. That playoff game they lost he was pretty mid. And at the end he did the opposite of what rodgers would do and gave the game away with a bad turnover cuz he panicked. Of course as a bears fan I want him to be bad, but he doesn't scare me. I'd rather have fields or williams over love tbh. He can manage the game but he's not gonna carry the team. It's gonna a be the supporting cast around that determines where the chips fall.
People are so quick to knock a person, let alone a player. Caleb Williams has done nothing to warrant the major criticism against his want to play ball. Let that man play football and judge him based off that!!

@Jack958 been red flags with literally every player in the history of football. Every. Single. Player. Pat Mahomes. Payton manning. Tom brady. All had red flags. None if it means anything til he plays. The hype may be overblown. But the "I'm sure he's gonna fail" anti-hype is also probably overblown as well.

Thank God for this man. FINALLY! Someone who knows what they’re doing and sticks to their guns and he oozes confidence. He’s shouldered the criticism for years now and hasn’t let that push him off course, this team is so freaking close. This offense is already the best I’ve ever seen on paper, QB position aside, no Bears GM has ever been crazy enough to add not 1, but 2 legit #1 targets. He doesn’t go cheap. So very happy that this man is calling the shots. The smartest move the Bears have made was hiring Ryan Poles.

As a Bears fan, I was already very happy with his decisions how he handled drafts and free agency it might be unpopular, but I love how we handle the Justin Field situation I think if Fields is going to succeed Russell Wilson couldn’t be a better person for him to pick up a few things from now. After seeing him on the show, he’s very well spoken with a great personality. I think we have the best In football
Ryan Poles is a straight up gangstafied G. He’s also a first class gentleman. This rebuild will be complete at the end of April when we draft Caleb Williams. We have never had a potential offense like this. Ted Phillips retiring was also a big step in the right direction. He’s why we didn’t get a guy named LaDanian Tomlinson. Didn’t want to pay the # 2 pick price tag. This huge mistake and his “mediocrity is fine attitude” held our team back for decades. Our new President knows how to get things done and Poles has assembled the best team (on paper right now) that I’ve ever seen in my 35 years of watching Daaaaaa Bearsssssss!!!!!!! A new day is dawning and we should finally have a seat at the Big Dawgs table and the Monsters of the Midway have finally awoken from their slumber and are ready to EAT boys!!!!!
Really? Marshall, Jeffrey, Bennet and Forte was pretty damn special. But this is nice as well. We'll see how it plays out. Alot of analysts already have the Bears in the playoffs

Loving the poles love in here! Dude is doing a hell of a job. I've never been happier to be a bear's fan. I was blessed to watch Urlacher make the bears at least relevant for a decade but we are treading uncharted waters now. There's an island treasure full of NFC titles and Lombardi's just over the horizon.

As a lifelong bears fan, it feels like more of the same. He had an opportunity to super stack the squad with studs but chose to cave in to media consensus and reset the core yet again. Its near impossible to "win now" within 3 years of a complete roster turnover. It takes talent to win in professional leagues. How the squad looks on paper says nothing to the fact that every other team in the division won the division since we last made the playoffs. Will this off-season give us more talent than green Bay? Detroit? Minnesota? We didn't need a qb, we needed defensive personnel that didn't blow double digit leads inside of 5 minutes to go and someone besides dj moore that can make a play

Ryan Pace has reset the GM clock and can now focus on LOTS of TV and Internet appearances. Deepest draft in years and you worked your way down to 4 picks, and one of them HAS to be a QB because you dumped your 24 year old starter for a 6th round pick in 2025.
