I Turn 60 Plywood Triangles into a Bowling Ball
You can build amazing bowling ball out of plywood! You need 60 triangles (templates are in the video). Glue them together, make all angles smooth by sandpaper and varnish it!

    • After about another dozen throws...it will. You can see the exposed cracks when he shows the ball after the first throw. It's amazing craftsmanship, but the "oh no" moment was when he trimmed off the expandy foam and put the last segment onto the top without filling in the remaining space with more foam, which would've then expanded and adhered to the inside of the shell. Or, maybe that part wasn't shown. But, if it wasn't and there's a space inside between the foam and the shell, then over time, with enough impacts in that spot, the outside will come apart. Now, if he'd filled the inside with a little more expanding foam, and then set the thing in a spherical mold and set it in a layer of epoxy...

    • not really... that ball is too light to be able to bowl with consistently, the finger holes are spaced wrong and not deep enough, much better to just buy a good ball and have it drilled at a local pro shop

    • You can do most of your cutting with a Circular Saw. Clamps and levels are also good to have around.
