So I will give you an example: Considering a 60 fps recording (1 frame/16,7 ms), a mouse click/11 ms ( so no need for the debounce delay to kick in) and T in ms: T=0 - frame#1; T=1 - 1st click; T=12 - 2nd click; T=16/17 - frame#2 This means that a Korean Starcraft pro could do 2 mouse clicks without a camera capturing even 1 click, and still the debounce delay would not be a problem! Yes, but I’ve done the method to double click a normal mouse to get it to click twice and it worked, but on the razer death adder v2, i can obviously hear it clicking twice in one, i even filmed it in slow motion and its very audible, is it a misconception that they cannot double click on razer optical switch mice, because the bloody A70 from A4tech, also optical switches, can, but it is built differently than the razer switch, and it also has a debounce delay slider, so is there a built in debounce prevention software, or is it the mouse switch itself that stops it? If there is a software a slider in razer synapse would be very useful because it would profit a lot of Minecraft gamers, who need a lot of clicks per second and it would be a more popular mouse.

We're on technology era and you think someone would go old school and test the click life span of a mouse.
Well, I used my original Razer Dethadder 3.5G for 7 Years, it failed this Year( completely) the first thing that i fixed was a wear on the plastic part that pushes on the switch the second was case damage, mice were sent flying numerous times, Tough as a rock :) The third was a swap of the switch(from side buttons to lefty click) after dismounting the switch cause of the problem was the fatigue of spring acting metal part. this is what concerns me the most, switch was still working, but the 'click' was different at some point after the button swap if failed on side click, IF You use the same design of spring acting mechanism it will last a long time ) but the better design might be considered. PS. Love You :)

The razor optical switches just seem to last longer. Had many mice start getting the dreaded double click issue and razor optical switches just don't have that problem for me.

Why would you wait to send the signal until after the debounce delay? You can also debounce by sending the signal on the first state change, then just have a delay AFTER that before sending any more signal. Also isn't there still bouncing on optical switches? (albeit typically less than the amount of bouncing on electrical switches)

Optical switches don't always block out double clicks. however the razer ones do and it is amazing! The Bloody Switches people like because of dragclicking. Their optical switch is more sort of flimsy meaning you can even get a quadruple click.
